Partial Atrophy/ Pearls & Buttonhole Sign / Extroflession & Local absence of the IPB - Space Risk & Spinal IPB Evaluation - (bkf) - Rx - 1





Rx,Female,63
- Gall bladder has been removed on last year.
- High cholesterol level.

Partial atrophy with normal, local absence and hypotrophic of the IPB structure.
a) Buttohole sign of the IPB.
b) Pearls sign of the IPB.
c) Indentation / Extroglession of the IPB towards outside to the inner pupillary zone - 280' suggest Space Risk 11 relates to gall bladder disturbances, bilius colic, calculus problem. Neuromuscular tesnion at thoracic vertebrae.
d) Multiple localised absence of the IPB - 55', 142', 165' & 310' indicates :
1) Space Risk 7, 21, 25 & 6 relates to thyroid dysfunction, possible hypo/ hyperthyrodism, abdomen muscle cramp, hip problem and muscular tension in neck & shoulder.
2) Neuromuscular tension or stress in the spinal areas of cervical, lumbar and sacrum vertebrae.
