Female,69
a) & b) Target signs at the temporal section of the IPB indicates ;
- Anaemia tendency and pathology in the red blood cell
- Desire to be the "centre" of attention.
- Feeling of being persecuted.
- Hepatitis, liver dysfunction.
c) V-shaped of the IPB suggest " Hunter" behavioural / personality.
d) External curvature of Cat's Claw IPB indicates:
- Gastric and intestinal spasm.
- Progesterone deficiency tendency.
- varicose vein.
- Flatulence or stomach wind.
e) Buttonholes sign at the ventral section of the IPB indicates :
- Accumulation of uric acid with gout or osteoarthritis tendency.
- Respiratory and cardiac functional compromise ( correspond to Space Risk 10 & 9), gastroduodenal ulcers and intestinal dybiosis tendency ( correspond to External Cat's Claw sign)
f) Local absence of the IPB at the superior nasal section - 40', 55'~60' & 72'~80' suggests Space Risk & Neuromuscular Spinal analysis :
-Space Risk 5, 7, 9,10 & 11 indicates tonsillitis, laryngitis, thyroid imbalance, cardiac related problem, lung insufficiency and gall bladder disturbances tendencies.
- Neuromuscular tension in cervical and thoracic vertebrae.
g) Local normotrophic of the IPB - 123'~131' ~144'.
h) Local absence of the IPB - 144'~152' & 161'~179'suggests :
- Space Risk 22,23,25 & 26 concerns with uro-genital problem, joint pain, arthritis ( correspond to Buttonholes IPB) and sigmoid diverticulosis tendency.
- Neuromuscular tension in the spinal areas of lumbar vertebrae and sacrum.
i) Embryological signs at 60', 205' & 220' indicates blood sugar imbalance, urinary bladder (correspond to Space Risk 22) and duodenum disturbances (correspond to Buttonhole IPB).
j) Observe the closed lacunae attached on the humoral zone / endocrine / border of the collarette :
 - Classical signs / closed lacuna attached on the border of the collarette - 90' & 98' indicate thyroid dysfunction, possible family medical history of hyper/hypothyroidism ( correspond to Space risk 7)
 - Classical signs at 223', 235' & 290' indicates gall bladder insufficiency ( correspond to Space Risk 11), blood sugar imbalance and potential of pancreas dysfunction/ cardiovascular risk ( correspond to Space Risk 10).
