Multiple tiny melanin pigment located at the ventral section of the border collarette and inner pupillary zone manifesting multidimensional approach.
a) Observe the small brown pigments attached nearest and adjacent to the edge of the IPB - 95' & 225' suggests Space Risk & Embryological analysis :
- Space Risk 13- 95' indicates gastric ulcers and polyps ( take note the embryological sign / melanin pigment at 96' adjacent to the edge of the IPB at  Rx),embryological relate to  kidneys insufficiency.
- Space Risk 20- 225' indicates intestinal dybiosis & colitis tendency.
b) Embryological signs / small melanin pigment located at 194' & 225' indicates peyer's patches, immunological compromise.
c) Small melanin attached on the border of the collarette - 158', 174' & 220' in the reflexive areas of sigmoid colon and ileum is highlighted, emotional level  feeling of vulnerability and worry is concerned.
d) Crypt co-sign with small brown pigment located at the border of the collarette with bridge formation - 200' concern with a problem relate to sexual expression.
