Orange Central Heterochromia, Iris Signs at Pupillary & Vascularized Vessel at Ciliary Zones - Rx - (irmi)

Observe the central orange pigmented collarette or Heterochromia, major rays & crypts at pupillary zone, internal collarette border and vascularized vessel at ciliary zone...

Female,31
a) Radial furrow or major ray located at 360'/0' radiate from the edge of IPB crossing pupillary zone towards to ciliary zone should place an important and priority to analyse. This is a vital multidimensional iris sign indicating Hypothalamus stress in modern iridological approach, Amygdala glands stress in Embryological level, Limbic System imbalance in the view of emotional dynamics of the collarette, Pyruvic acid imbalance under Cellular level of Citric Acid Cycle & Time Risk marking concerning with birth trauma.
b) In modern & advanced iridological approaches, radial furrows & crypts located at pupillary zone & internal collarette border, they all can be considered importance as multidimensional iris signs. Such as radial furrows at 192', 205', 225' & 340' and crypts at 100', 120' & 275', you may refer John Andrews textbooks, articles & charts for reference.
c) A small crypt located at the external border of the collarette at 265' should pay greater attention about this genetic sign, the sign revealed an important information about her family medical history of heart disease problems ! A lacuna located at bronchials zone - 80', does it amplified by a vascularized vessel at the same time appeared in lung areas ?
d) A Central Heterochromia is a genetic marking & multidimensional sign, the orange pigment located within the internal collarette, pupillary zone and pigmented throughout the collarette border have a tendency to gastrointestinal disturbances, bowel irregularity, constipation, family history of blood sugar imbalance, emotional stress on fear & betrayal.
e) A vascularized Vessel formed in reddened singular iris fiber, extending from the external border of the collarette towards to ciliary & limbus zone at the lung reflexive areas - 280' this sign is indicate an infections, inflammation, irritation or stress on that topography area. Emotionally it concerned with anger.

Pupil Flattenings, Local Extroflession of IPB, Shadow Ring, Vascular & Tent Transversals - Lx

(Photo used with permission by Susan Laing. M.Ir.N.H.F.Dip)

Male, Lx
Preliminary assessment for the Lymphatic Iris Constitution / Polyglandular/ Neurogenic / Lipemic Diathesis as below:
- Partial atrophy of IPB along with two local hypertrophy & extroflession of the IPB. The extroflession/ local hypertrophy of the IPB toward to pupillary zone at 75' & 85'~100', suggest Space Risk & Spinal IPB evaluation. Space Risk 10, 12, 13 & 14 indicate a potential personal and family medical history of lung stress, bronchitis, liver complaints, gastrointestinal disturbances, blood sugar imbalance and muscular tension in Thoracic Vertebrae.
- Multiple pupil flatness structure. Superior Temporal Flatness - 25'~40' & Inferior Temporal Flatness - 110'~140'. Superior Temporal flatness indicates hearing and balance problem, vertigo, muscular tension in neck & shoulder (cervical vertebrae-C2 to C5)
Inferior Temporal Flatness indicates check for liver, gall bladder problems and pancreas dysfunction with dysglycaemic, history of splenic dysfunction, possibilities of Amenorrhoea, Menorrhagia & Polycystic ovary syndrome and irritation in Thoracic vertebrae. Note that the pupil flatness correlates with the findings of Space Risk 12, 13 & 14 & Spinal IPB analysis !
- Vascularized Transversal co-sign with closed lacuna at 250', an important iris sign to indicate genetic predisposition to thymus gland deficiency, tendency to severe pain, irritation, degeneration with immunological imbalance.
- Tent Transversal from the ciliary edge or limbus meet at one point on the external border of the collarette it indicates a predisposition to degeneration of the hip and osteoporosis  tendency.
- Suggest Sea Foam Collarette structure it relates to gastric acidity and intestinal imbalance. Consider the Space Risk 13 will amplify the condition !
- Multiple lacunae attached on the border of the collarette - endocrine imbalance - Closed lacunae attached on the external border of the collarette - 197', 225', 260', 275', 290' & 310'  indicates a genetic predisposition to cervix stress (might amplified by inferior temporal flatness), pancreas dysfunction (amplified by Space Risk 14) and possibly family history of thyroid imbalance & cardiovascular stress.
- Distended Collarette showing an embryological and emotional inheritance from the paternal genetics or paternal DNA dominance.
- Pupillary Shadow Ring around the pupil edge. Shadow Ring indicates a deficiency in zinc, vitamin C & reduced in natural killer cells number, according to John Andrews.
- A visible Pupillary Sphincter is considered normal with a distended collarette structure.
Can you identify which iris sign or structure provide vital important genetic information and influence to this person ?

Indented IPB, Misshappen & Orange Pigmented Collarette. Multiple Radial Furrows & Indentation of the Collarette - Rx

Observe misshapen accompanied with orange pigmented collarette, multiple major & minor rays radiate from edge of IPB  crossing to  pupillary and ciliary zone signify embryological iris signs assessment, multiple indentation of the collarette, major rays penetrated to the pupillary zone and indented IPB indicates multidimensional iridological approaches...
a) The Stress Axis / HPA Axis at 0' & 180' both formed by Radial Furrow/ Major Ray radiate from the edge of IPB crossing pupillary zone toward to ciliary and limbus. Indicates Hypothalamus, Pituitary & Adrenal compromised. In addition the new embryological sign (major ray at 0' ) inside the pupillary zone concern with  Amygdala deficiency leading to anxiety, depression, immune and neurological  system dysfunction. Time Risk sign is trigger at 0' degree position
b) An indentation of the IPB at 53' signify Space Risk & Spinal IPB assessment, Space Risk 6 indicate potential neuro-muscular tension in neck and shoulder & muscular tension at cervical vertebrae- C7.
c) Consider the major radial furrow at 345' & 335' (radiate from IPB to limbus zone) & multiple indentation at 282'(sharp indentation)  & 95' signified as multidimensional signs leading to Classical, psycho-emotional, Time Risk marking, The Emotional dynamics of the Collarette & The Immune Cell & PNEI. In this case study, you can try applying these techniques to broaden and deepen your analysis skills.
d) The minor rays (295', 275', 260', 240, 220 & 180') at pupillary zone and within internal border of collarette intensively reveals an importance of embryological & The Citric Acid Cycle Iris assessment !
e) Observe the Misshapen integrated with orange pigmented collarette generally indicate gastrointestinal  disturbances, compromised PNEI adaptability, autoimmune condition and slow remedy in extreme physical and psychological condition. Apparently, in this case  we can ensure that the majority and most genetic data is stored and adhered on the collarette structure, embryology pupillary zone and the subtle IPB structure with an impress on multidimensional iridology !

The Colour, Size, Density & Location of Iris Pigmentation - Lx

Please identify the colour, size, density & location of these multiple pigments located at different layers and zones of iris , which one do you think is the most important and priority for the iris assessment ? The human iris is only 12mm in diameter, find the nearest toward the pupil & adjacent to IPB is paramount for assessment !

The above iris photos showing three different layers of pigment locations, Which location do you think is the most important and priority for iris assessment? Actually they are equally important for analyse via applying Multidimensional iridology approach... The multiple levels of  interpretation in physical and psycho-emotional levels comprise of :
a) Space Risk
b) Spinal IPB
c) Time Risk
d) The Emotional Dynamics of the Collarette
e) Embryology
Please  response on which orange pigment have carry multiple meanings for the above mentioned ? The smaller the pigment the greater significant genetic impact on that person !
a) The vital important of orange pigment adjacent to IPB at 180' signifies multidimensional interpretation in Space Risk, Spinal Neuromuscular, Embryological, Emotional & Classical approaches:
- Space Risk 26 indicate tendencies to hemorrhoids, sigmoid diverticulosis and neuro-muscular tension at coccyx areas with pain condition. Psycho-emotional concerns with tendency to withhold and ability to let go and forgive ( please refer to IPB textbook by Dr. Daniele Lo Rito).
- Embryological sign leading to hypothalamus stress.
b) Multiple small orange pigment located inside border of  the collarette & pupillary zone- 240' & 260'signify Embryological, The Emotional Dynamics of the Collarette & Time Risk analysis
- Observe closely an orange pigment- 240' located inside border of the collarette & suggest applying the combination iris analysis techniques of Embryology, The Emotional Dynamics of the Collarette & Time Risk - Comprehensively, it indicating a genetic predisposition to blood sugar imbalance, deep-seated unresolved emotional issue of betrayal and the traumatic event/emotional stress possibly happened at the age 20 !
- Potential disturbance in ileum (classical view)
- The 260' orange pigment located at the pupillary zone closer to IPB, classical view it relate to stomach disturbances, indigestion problems. The experience of betrayal may concern with paternal principle.
c) The third group of orange pigments located at the external border of the collarette - 105' & 98' is equally importance for Modern Iridologist to analyse and interpret in multiple levels. In this aspect, the experience of  emotional traumas, possible is relate to mother principle.  Please refer to John Andrews research topic on "Mother & Father Principle- Identifying Parental Conflict & Resentment of the Collarette" .

Do you think these two orange pigments located at 0'/360' & 180' forming The Stress Axis ? If we look carefully the small pigment of 0' is located at the ciliary zone and not at the external border of the collarette ! To fulfill the requirement of The HPA-Stress Axis, the structural sign either is closed lacuna, crypt, defect sign, radial furrow or pigment must attached on the border of the collarrette at 0/360' & 180' degree. In this case the small pigment even thought was at 0'/360' but does not attached on the frontal border of the collarette ! So, I would suggest it indicate a stress in between the topographical areas of  hippocampus & hypothalamus.

Orange Central Heterochromia, Brushfiled's Spots, Orange Pigmented, Distended & Frontal Cat's Ears Collarette - Lx

(Photo used with permission by Susan Laing M.Ir.N.H.F.Dip.)

Male
Observe the multiple correlation iris signs in different layers of iris zone with multidimensional views:
Generally, orange pigments indicate a family history of blood sugar imbalance, pancreas & hepatic dysfunction, diabetes mellitus or hypoglycaemia tendencies.
a) Orange Central Heterochromia : According to John Andrews, it possibly indicates
- Blood sugar imbalance tendency.
- Tendency to constipation and bowel irregularity when under stress, attention to duodenal condition.
- Eating disorders.
- Fear of nourishment & protection of inner vulnerability.
b) Orange Pigmented Collarette- genetic tendency to pancreas dysfunction , irregularity of blood sugar , dysglycaemia, emotional imbalance, improper diet and elevated histamine tendency (John Andrews).
c) Distended & Frontal Cat's Ears Collarette :
- Tendency to bloating, flatulence, dysbiosis and poor assimilation when under stress.
- A distended collarette indicate an embryological and emotional inheritance from the paternal genetics.
- Cat's Ears indicate a genetic predisposition to insomnia, depression and anxiety. In my opinion, these inherited behavioral possibly is offset by his personality of openness and honesty by embryological structural of distended collarette !
d) Internal lacuna co-sign with melanin pigment at 295' internal border of the collarette :
- A solitary  melanin pigment indicate a genetic liver deficiency.
- It stayed topolabile at the distended border of the collarette at 295' indicates an emotional  issue of impatience, petulance, anger & resentment, exparation, suppression of expression, these negative emotions was inheritance from the  paternal genetic. The conflict or negative emotional issues is  concerned with maternal side and could be already be resolved !.
- Time Risk sign : This emotional trauma possibly happens at the childhood age of 11 or an old age of 70.5 (low possibility - too old to have conflict with his mother !)
This melanin pigment is a multidimensional, genetic & epigenetic sign ! The combination of Emotional Dynamics of the Collarette, Distended Collarette & Melanin Pigment in emotional approach,  Mother & Father Principle - Identifying Parental Conflict & Resentment of the Collarette & Time Risk analysis techniques.
- In addition  an internal lacuna co-sign with a melanin pigment at pupillary zone at 295' indicate blood sugar imbalance, psycho-emotional relate to an experience of betrayal, the emotioal trauma happened at the Time Risk age of 70.5. The Practitioner is not advice to predict the future and the Time Risk assessment is not recommend go beyond the current age of the client !
e) Orange Brushfield's Spots accompanied with brown pigments at 315', 290' & 265'- It is an importance indication of  possibly chronic condition on the topography areas :nose, trachea & bronchials that relate to breathing and respiration condition, potential of asthma problem.
f) Orange pigmented "lymph cords" arise from the humoral extended to ciliary zone connected with brushfield,s spot - indicate a disturbance of lymph nodes and suggest non-com pliancy with " Therapy Resistance".
g) Frontal pupil flatness at 355'~15'- indicates tendencies for headaches, migraines, cervical vertebral tension, insomnia and depression that correlate with Cat's Ears Collarette !
h) Honeycomb lacuna co-sign with brown pigment at 70' :
- A "Wormnest" or "Cryptiform" lacuna formation side the collarette or pupillary zone, according to John Andrews, it indicates disturbed in cellular metabolism resulting in insufficient tissues nutrition, tendencies to severe weakness ( 3rd Edition, Iris & pupillary Signs)
- The honeycomb lacuna located inside the embryology pupillary zone, suggest an embryological sign indicates tendency to adrenal or splenic cysts
i) Internal lacuna at 100'- an embryological sign signify adrenal fatigue and stress, that correlates with frontal flatness & embryological sign - 70' (inside the collarette -honeycomb)

The Dynamics of the Collarette - Zig-Zag, Double, Orange Pigment & Indented Collarette - Rx

(Photo used with permission by Susan Laing M.Ir N.H.F.Dip.)

Female
Observe the Lymphatic Iris Constitution, subtype by Polyglandular structure. A preliminary assessment as below:
a) General Zig-Zag formation of the collarette.
b) Observe multiple indented lacunae at the border of the collarette.
c) Multiple orange pigment attached on the frontal section of the collarette is set priority for analysis.
d) Double collarette at lateral temporal section of the collarette.
e) As under polyglandular structure, look for smallest lacuna attached on the border of the collarette, such as lacunae at 110' & 130' indicates genetic predisposition to blood sugar imbalance and thymus gland deficiency. Psycho-emotional relates mother issues in regard to perceived lack of bond with mother and experience of betrayal !

I would like to highlight the most importance iris signs of this iris presentation-
 a) An indentation of the collarette by indented lacuna at 80' towards to edge of the IPB indicates genetic predisposition to thyroid imbalance or family medical history of hypothyroidism. Time Risk marking, indicate potential unresolved deep seated emotional trauma will happening at the age of 46.5, and it might relates to paternal, issues of fear, anger and suppression of expression.
b) Closed lacuna co-sign with orange pigment at 295' & 305' indicates predisposition to blood sugar imbalance or pancreas dysfunction tendency in family history and the experience of betrayal and is more readily addressed (cause the pancreas lacuna located at the frontal section of the iris).
c) Localised orange pigment located at 335' on the border of the collarette, potential unresolved emotional issue of separation, resentment and potentially of bitterness. Time Risk marking - potential experience emotional trauma during childhood age at 4 or the age at 64
d)An indented lacuna toward to pupillary zone & IPB at 355' signify stress in pituitary gland and compromised of limbic system. Psycho-emotional relate to experience of bereavement and potentially with unresolved grief and fear of dependence.
Time Risk sign trigger as birth trauma or emotional trauma at age 60.5 !. In summary, the Time Risk or emotional trauma was happened, happening or potentially become happen, the timing will trigger at the degree of 80', 335' & 355' !
