IPB Morphologies, Space Risk, Frontal Indentation, Pointed, Medial Nasal & Ventral Linear of the Collarette - Rx - (yoge)

The client have a family medical history of thyroid dysfunction, diabetes and heart attacked from her sister, mother and farther. Observe her iris and identify the inheritance weaknesses imposed from her family genetic tendency ?
Suggestion for areas to identify & the correlations iris signs as follow:
a) Identify the highlighted two IPB morphologies at ventral section of the inner pupillary pigmented epithelium border - Buttonholes and Squared signs of IPB
b) Analyse the local absence of the IPB at 40' & 50'.
c) An important of frontal indentation of the collarette at 360'/0'. This sign is effect an individual in term of psycho-emotional and physical levels, that amplified the overall inheritance weaknesses.
d) Linear collarette located at after @ 1 o'clock / Medial nasal section of the collarette. Refer to my previous post for explanation.
e) Ventral Linear collarette. According to John Andrews research, VLC indicates strong hypoglycaemic tendency manifested in utero.
f) Pointed Collarette at 263' indicates hyperactivity of gastrointestinal tract tendency and take note the pointed adjacent areas - Heart topography !
g) Lacuna at 85'. This sign is convinced to showing of her family medical history of thyroid imbalance.
