Whitened IPB, Hypertrophy, Localised Absence & Indented Collarette at 90' - (mai)-2

a) Whitened IPB also been found in Rx iris.
b) An indented with pointed collarette - 90' and minor ray at the inner pupillary zone - 95' potential of cardiac problem ( refer to embrylogical signs - melanin pigment - 315' to 320' - heart and liver ) and embryological relates to kidneys deficiency (minor ray). Take note the Corneal Arcus at limbus.
c) Sectional or partial absence of the collarette - 103' to 110' & 120' to 138' indicates :
- Time Risk markings ( suggest find the mid-point of the absence area - e.g (120'+138') / 2 = 129')
- Check the adjacent topographical areas : heart (103'~110') , Pancreas & Spleen (120'~138').
