Inner Pupillary Border Morphologies - Globular, Pearl & Rectangular / Cylindrical Signs (zal)

a) Globular signs of the IPB
b) Rectangular shape of the IPB ( this subject to further verification, as refer to standard IPB Morphologies , the rectangular sign is "sitting" in vertical form, in this case the IPB was laying down in  horizontal position with slight rounded edge of the 4 corners , it may refer as Cylindrical sign. Please view the below picture:


If the sign is a cylindrical shape then it relates to nerve blockage and potential to heart problem which corresponded to the heart lacuna attached on the Lx at 85'. A medication checking  is recommended.
c) Pearls signs of the IPB
d) Localised absence of the IPB - 182' suggest Space Risk & IPB Spinal consideration. Space - Risk 26 corresponded  with the  Rectangular, Globular & Pearls signs of the IPB as it relates to gastrointestinal disturbances.
