Under Heamatogenic Iris Constitution, the iris assessment have to set priority and place important for analyzing Pupil Tonus, IPB, Pupillary zone and Collarette.  Both iris- Rx and Lx data will be collected to get the overall picture of the client's health. We start from IPB & Space Risk.... drift into the inner world of rich of genetics information for Modern Iridologist to retrieve, analyse and interpret...

1) Introflection of the IPB structure at 340' - Face, skin disease, acne and psoriasis
2) Wave formation - According to John Andrews researched, the structural wave of the IPB can be intepret as:
- Increased need for vitamin C.
- Difficulty expressing emotional trauma, wiht the resultant suppression leading to immune dysfunction.
- Immune compromise of the respiratory mucosa.
- Depletion of physical and emotional energy leading to immuno compromise.
3) S sign - Prolactin disturbances and tendency to endocrine imbalance.
4) Triangle Shape - relates to gastrointestinal disturbances and liver involvement.
5) W sign - To my existing knowledge, the IPB materials was highlighted the sign and waiting for publication of that research article.   
6) Pearl sign - Tendency to family history of intestinal polyposis and intestinal tumours. Perfectionistic of personality, emotionally stress and tension.
7) Possible teardrop formation but usually loacted in ventral section. Indented structure, pushing toward to pupil direction.
8) Archeological Finding : 1 N (85% similarity).
