How to Heal Yourself

If you view illness as an opportunity, then when you get sick, you can ask yourself, "Okay, what can I learn from this disease. What do I need to look at first?"

I began to observe and inquire and noticed that the long-term survivors were the ones who began to pay attention to their feelings. As they expressed their emotions, made wise choices and became more spiritual, their bodies benefited. The physical changes were the side effects of an altered life.

Physicians call the most dramatic healings "spontaneous remissions." Once we have labeled them, we learn nothing from the people in whom those remissions take place. We cannot afford to ignore these remarkable successes. We are all at risk for a great many diseases, and as the world gets smaller the list of things we are exposed to grows larger. We need to learn from people who recover and people who stay healthy.

One of the gloomy patients in Cancer Ward reacts to the talk of self-healing with this complaint: "I suppose for that you need to have a clear conscience." He is right. You do have to have a clear conscience. When you do the work necessary to clear your conscience, then the joy of living returns and the physiology of optimism restores you.

If you are ill or facing adversity, you can begin to heal yourself by following the paths others have followed. Forgive yourself and others, live with hope, faith and love and watch the results in your life and in the lives you touch. Remember that success and healing refer to what you do with your life, not to how long you avoid death.

What approach should you take to your illness? I have three words of advice: accept, retreat and surrender. Those three words might scare you if you were an inexperienced warrior going into battle, but others who have employed these tactics have won great victories.
You need to accept your situation if you want to be empowered to change it. I don't mean you need to accept any particular outcome of a disease, but you need to accept that the disease exists in your life and you are a participant. Once you accept that the disease or other misfortune has become a part of your life, you can marshal your forces to eliminate or alter it. If you avoid thinking about it, deny it or feel hopeless, you cannot play a part in changing it and your life.

Accepting the situation does not mean accepting someone else's prediction about what will happen to you. No one knows what your future will be. Do not accept that you must die in three weeks or six months because someone's statistics say you will. You are better off denying your illness completely than accepting a prediction that sounds like a death sentence. The best course, though, is accepting that you have problems while denying anyone's predictions about how your situation will turn out. Individuals are not statistics.

When I say "retreat," I don't mean withdrawing in the face of a more powerful opponent. For me a retreat means withdrawing to a quiet place where I can be aware of my thoughts and feelings. The quiet place may be anywhere; the source of true peace and quiet are inside me. In my retreat I withdraw from all the demands of life, but at the same time I am fully alive to myself and my loved ones. I do not always retreat alone. I can retreat with those who are close to me so that we can heal our forces and prepare to take on life when our retreat is over. When we return we are ready to fight for our lives. We needed the space and time to restore and heal ourselves.

When you have accepted, retreated and prepared yourself to fight, then you are ready to surrender. Again, you do not surrender to outcomes but to events. We waste so much energy fighting the nature of life. Accept the nature of life and surrender to it. When you do, you will have peace. When our energy is restored, we stop fighting things we cannot control, and we can start building our lives.

Surrender is not about doing nothing; it is about doing the right things.
When you surrender to the illness, you continue to receive your treatments, explore your feelings, repair your relationships and do all the other work of healing. But while you are working, you are saying, "They will be done" and not "My will be done." Surrender the pain, fear and worries and you'll be able to keep love, hope and joy in your life. As the Serenity Prayer tells us, leave it to God and rest.

Human Bio- Energy & How Is It Connected To ill-Health

Quantum physics has acknowledged that we are all made up of energy, as is everything around us. It is the most basic building block of life, but like the air we breathe we usually can’t see it.

Energy flows through everything and creates everything. Even our thoughts and emotions are energy. It is just a difference in the vibrational frequency of energy that gives us the illusion of substance and separation, rather like water moving from solid ice at slower vibration, to fluids and then to steam at a higher vibration.

Our personal bio-energies are delicately balanced and we can become sick or feel “not quite right” when our energy flows are disturbed or blocked. Energy imbalances can result from both internal and external factors.

Internal factors impacting our bio-energy system include:

trauma
phobias
anxiety & stress
childhood programming
limiting beliefs
neurological, biochemical, and structural imbalances
existential fears and limiting spiritual beliefs
remaining in situations that are not fulfilling or in harmony with our needs

External factors impacting our bio-energy systems include:

environmental stresses & toxins
geopathic phenomena
astrological phenomena
nutrition
exercise
posture

During our early life we start collecting information that determines our programming. Genetic, social and cultural aspects will contribute to this programming. Over the years these pictures and programs we collect will govern the way we use our energy. We hold the information in our subtle energy systems and it determines how the energy moves through our chakras. The pictures or programs will remain there until such time as we start to realise that we create our experiences with the beliefs we hold - good and bad.

The energy systems of the body (aura, chakras, nadis and meridians) are connected energetically to our physical organs, glands and bodily systems. When the energy supplied to these bodily systems is disrupted, the body organs and systems are less able to defend against disease and injury.

In the same way, the health of our energy systems also determines our mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. If our energy systems are disrupted or blocked we are less able to cope, we feel stressed, which in turn has a negative impact on our physical systems. Over a prolonged period this leads to ill health. If our energy systems are clear and balanced we will be in a better position to deal with situations and circumstances that might otherwise be perceived as a stress.

By working with the energy system we can access all levels of the mind, body and spirit and achieve a holistic healing. Knowing the connections and energy relationships means the nature of the disease and its location can guide us to where an energy block or imbalance is occurring, as well as what we need to do energetically to clear that block.

Disease is our body’s mechanism of telling us that our energy is not flowing harmoniously and that something is not working in our lives. If we don’t pay attention to the initial messages the warnings will become more severe until we take notice. Once we are aware of this, we can regard illness in a more positive light, so long as we then act upon it and make appropriate changes necessary to heal.

Energy is within and around us all the time, but our consciousness enables us to activate it and make it vital. I usually need to reiterate to people that just because we can’t see something, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. We can’t see air, but we know we breathe it to keep us alive. We also can't see electricity, atoms, electromagnetic fields, sound, radio waves or the weather, yet we can see or hear the indirect results of these. Everyone’s perception differs and an increasing number of people are able to perceive things using “extra-sensory perception” that others can’t. Today, more and more people are becoming able to perceive energy in some way and know it as a very “tangible” phenomenon.

Becoming Spiritual & Performing Miracles

This article presents 12 beliefs & practices to cultivate in order to manifest miracles in our life.

Becoming a spiritual being is synonymous with becoming a miracle worker and knowing the bliss of real magic. The differences between people who are non-spiritual, or "physical only", and those whom I call spiritual beings are dramatic. I use the terms spiritual and non-spiritual in the sense that a spiritual being has a conscious awareness of both the physical and the invisible dimension, while the non-spiritual being is only aware of the physical domain.

Neither category, as I use them, implies atheism or religious orientation in any way. The non-spiritual person is not incorrect or bad because he or she experiences the world only in a physical manner.

Below are 12 beliefs and practices for you to cultivate as you develop your abilities to manifest miracles in your life. Becoming a spiritual being as outlined here is an all-out necessity if real magic is your objective in this lifetime.

1. The non-spiritual being lives exclusively within the five senses, believing that if you cannot see, touch, smell, hear, or taste something, then that something simply doesn't exist. The spiritual being knows that beyond the five physical senses, there are other senses we use to experience the world of form.

As you work toward becoming a spiritual being as well as a physical being, you begin to live more and more consciously within the invisible realm. You begin to know that there are senses beyond this physical world. Even though you cannot perceive it through one of the five senses, you know that you are a soul with a body, and that your soul is beyond limits and defies birth and death. It is not governed by any of the rules and regulations that govern the physical universe. To be a spiritual being means that you allow yourself the option of being multi-sensory. Hence a whole new world opens up. As Gary Zukav writes in The Seat of the Soul, "The experiences of the multi-sensory human are less limited than the experiences of the five-sensory human. They provide more opportunities for growth and development and more opportunities to avoid unnecessary difficulties."

2. The non-spiritual being believes we are alone in the universe. The spiritual being knows he or she is never alone.

A spiritual being is comfortable with the idea of having teachers, observers, and divine guidance available at any time. If we believe we are souls with bodies rather than bodies with souls, then the invisible, eternal part of ourselves is always available to us for assistance. Once this belief is firm and unshakable it can never be doubted, regardless of the rational arguments of those who live exclusively in the physical world. For some this is called intense prayer, for others it is universal, omnipresent intelligence or force, and for others it is spiritual guidance. It matters not what you call this higher self or how you spell it, since it is beyond definitions, labels, and language itself.

For the non-spiritual being this is all hogwash. We show up on Earth, we have one life to live and no one has any ghosts around or within to help out. This is a physical-only universe to the non-spiritual being and the goal is to manipulate and control the physical world. The spiritual being sees the physical world as an arena for growth and learning with the specific purpose of serving and evolving into higher levels of love. Non-spiritual beings accept the existence of a supreme being or God, not as a universal force that is within us but as a separate power that will someday hold us accountable. They do not see themselves as having assistance or a higher self, unless they have the kind of direct experience of divine presence recorded by St. Paul or St. Francis of Assisi. Spiritual beings simply know, through their personal experience of having been in contact with their own divine guidance, that they are not alone, and that they can use that guidance to become miracle makers in their lives.

3. The non-spiritual being is focused on external power. The spiritual being is focused on personal empowerment.

External power is located in the dominance of and control over the physical world. This is the power of controlling all that is external to the self. The non-spiritual being is focused on this external power. By contrast, the spiritual being is focused on empowering himself and others to higher and higher levels of consciousness and achievement. The use of force over another is not a possibility for the spiritual being. He or she is not interested in collecting power, but rather in helping others to live in harmony and to experience real magic. This is a power of love that does not judge others. There is no hostility or anger in this kind of power. It is true empowerment to know that one can live in the world with others who have differing points of view and have no need to control or vanquish them as victims. A spiritual being knows the enormous power that comes with the ability to manipulate the physical world with one's mind.

A mind at peace, a mind centered and not focused on harming others, is stronger than any physical force in the universe. Empowerment is the inner joy of knowing that external force is not necessary to be at harmony with oneself. To the non-spiritual being, no other way is known. One must constantly be ready for war. Even though the spiritual masters to whom they often pledge allegiance speak against such use of power, the non-spiritual being simply cannot see other alternatives

4. The non-spiritual being feels separated and distinct from all others, a being unto himself. The spiritual being knows that he is connected to all others and lives his life as if each person he meets shares being human with him.

When a person feels separate from all others he becomes more self-centered and much less concerned about the problems of others. He may feel some sympathy for people starving in another part of the world, but that person's daily approach is, "It's not my problem." The splintered personality, the non-spiritual being, is focused more on his own problems, and often feels that other human beings are either in his way or trying to get what he wants and so he must "do in" the other guy, before he gets done in himself.

The spiritual being knows that we are all connected, and he is able to see the fullness of God in each person with whom he makes contact. This sense of connection eliminates much of the inner conflict that the non-spiritual being experiences as he constantly judges others, categorizes them according to physical appearances and behaviors, and then proceeds to find ways to either ignore or take advantage of them for his own benefit. Being connected means that the need for conflict and confrontation is eliminated. Knowing that the same invisible force that flows through himself flows through all others allows the spiritual being to truly live the golden rule. The spiritual being thinks, "How I am treating others is essentially how I am treating myself, and vice versa." The meaning of "love thy neighbor as thyself" is clear to the spiritual being, while it is considered nonsense by the non-spiritual being. Negative judgment is not possible when one feels connected to all others. The spiritual being knows that he cannot define another by his judgments, that he only defines himself as a judgmental person.

5. The non-spiritual being believes exclusively in a cause/effect interpretation of life. The spiritual being knows that there is a higher power working in the universe beyond mere cause and effect. The non-spiritual being lives exclusively in the physical world, where cause and effect rule. If one plants a seed (cause), he will see the result (effect). If one is hungry, he will seek food. If one is angry, he will vent that anger. This is indeed a rational and logical way to think and behave, since the third law of motion for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction is always operating in the physical universe.

The spiritual being goes beyond Newton's physics and lives in an entirely different realm. The spiritual being knows that thoughts come out of nothingness, and that in our dream state (one-third of our entire physical lives), where we are in pure thought, cause and effect play no role whatsoever.

6. The non-spiritual being is motivated by achievement, performance and acquisitions. The spiritual being is motivated by ethics, serenity and quality of life.

For the non-spiritual person, the focus is on learning for the purpose of high grades, getting ahead, and acquiring possessions. The purpose of athletics is competition. Success is measured in external labels such as position, rank, bank accounts, and awards. These are all very much a part of our culture, and certainly not objects to be scorned, they simply are not the focus of the spiritual being's life. For the spiritual being, success is achieved by aligning oneself with one's purpose, which is not measured by performance or acquisitions. The spiritual being knows that these external things flow into one's life in sufficient amounts and that they arrive as a result of living purposefully. The spiritual being knows that living purposefully involves serving in a loving fashion. Mother Teresa, who has spent many years of her life caring for the most downtrodden among us in the slums of Calcutta, defined purpose this way in "For the Love of God:"
"The fruit of love is service, which is compassion in action. Religion has nothing to do with compassion. It is our love for God that is the main thing, because we have all been created for the sole purpose to love and be loved."

It is in ways such as this that the spiritual being's inner and outer reality is experienced. It is not necessary to become a saint ministering to the impoverished to become a spiritual being. One simply must know that there is much more to life than achievement, performance and acquisitions, and that the measure of a life is not in what is accumulated, but rather in what is given to others. Living ethically, morally and serenely while being aligned with a spiritual purpose is at the core of his being. Real magic cannot be experienced when your focus is on getting more for yourself, particularly if it is at the expense of others. When you experience a sense of serenity and quality about your life, knowing your mind is what creates such a state, you will also know that from such a state of mind flows miracle-making magic.

7. The non-spiritual being has no place within his awareness for the practice of meditation. The spiritual being cannot imagine life without it.

For the non-spiritual being, the idea of looking quietly within oneself and sitting alone for any period of time repeating a mantra, emptying one's mind, and seeking answers by aligning oneself with one's Higher Self borders on lunacy. For this person, answers are sought by working hard, struggling, persevering, setting goals, reaching those goals and setting new ones and competing in a dog-eat-dog world.

The spiritual being knows about the enormous power of the practice of meditation. He knows meditation makes him more alert and able to think more clearly. He knows the very special effect meditation has in relieving stress and tension.

Spiritual people know, by virtue of having been there and experienced it firsthand, that one can get divine guidance by becoming peaceful and quiet, and asking for answers. They know they are multidimensional and that the invisible mind can be tapped at higher and higher levels through meditation, or whatever you want to call the practice of being alone and emptying your mind of the frenetic thoughts that occupy so much of daily life. They know that in deep meditation one can leave the body and enter a sphere of magic that is as blissful a state as any drug could temporarily provide.

For the non-spiritual being this is perceived as an escape from reality, but for the spiritual being it is an introduction to a whole new reality, a reality that includes an opening in life that will lead to miracle making.

8. For the non-spiritual being, the concept of intuition can be reduced to a hunch or a haphazard thought that accidentally pops into one's head on occasion. For the spiritual being, intuition is far more than a hunch. It is viewed as guidance or as God talking, and this inner insight is never taken lightly or ignored.

You know from your own experience that when you ignore your intuitive proddings, you end up regretting it or having to "learn the hard way".

To the non-spiritual person, intuition is completely unpredictable and occurs in random happenstance. It is often ignored or shunned in favor of behaving in habitual ways. The spiritual being strives to increase consciousness concerning his intuition. He pays attention to invisible messages and knows deep within that there is something working that is much more than a coincidence.

Spiritual beings have an awareness of the nonphysical world and are not stuck exclusively in a universe restricted to the functioning of their five senses. Hence all thoughts, invisible though they may be, are something to pay attention to. But intuition is much more than a thought about something, it is almost as if one is receiving a gentle prod to behave in a certain way or to avoid something that might be dangerous or unhealthy. Although inexplicable, our intuition is truly a factor of our lives.

For the non-spiritual person, this seems to be merely a hunch and nothing to study or become more attuned to. The non-spiritual person thinks, "It will pass. It is just my mind at work in its disorderly way " For the spiritual person, these inner intuitive expressions are almost like having a dialogue with God.

9. The non-spiritual being is involved in a lot of fighting, he is aligned with the tools of power in a war against that which he believes to be evil. This person knows what he hates, and experiences a great deal of inner turmoil over perceived wrongs. Much of his energy, both mental and physical, is devoted to what he perceives to be bad or evil.

Spiritual beings do not order their lives to be against anything. They are not against starvation, they are for feeding people and seeing that everyone in the world is nutritionally satisfied. They work on what they are for, rather than fighting what they are against. Fighting starvation only weakens the fighter and makes him angry and frustrated, while working for a well-fed populace is empowering. Spiritual beings are not against war, they are for peace and spend their energy on working for peace. They do not join a war on drugs or poverty, because wars need warriors and fighters, and this will not make the problems go away. Spiritual beings are for a well-educated youth, who can be euphoric, giddy and high without the need for external substances. They work toward this end, helping young people to know the power of their own minds and bodies. They fight nothing.

When you fight evil by employing the methods of hatred and violence, you are part of the hatred and violence of evil itself. despite the rightness of your position in your own mind. If all the people in the world who are against terrorism and war were to shift their perspective to supporting and working for peace, terrorism and war would be eliminated. Somehow our priorities are turned inside out. Spiritual beings do not get tied up with hatred. They are focused thoughtfully on what they are for and they translate that into action. Spiritual beings keep their thoughts on love and harmony, in the face of things they would love to see changed. All that you fight weakens you. All that you are for empowers you. In order to manifest miracles, you must be totally focused on what you are for. Real magic occurs in your life when you have eliminated the hatred that is in your life, even the hatred that you have against hatred.

10. The non-spiritual person feels no sense of responsibility to the universe, therefore he has not developed a reverence for life. The spiritual being has a reverence for life that goes to the essence of all beings.

The non-spiritual being believes, as Gary Zukav has said, "that we are conscious and that the universe is not." He thinks that his existence will end with this lifetime and that he is not responsible to the universe. The non-spiritual being has become arrogant.
The spiritual being behaves as if the God in all life matters, and he feels a sense of responsibility to the universe. He is in awe of this life and that he has a mind with which to process the physical universe. That awe leads him to look outward at all life and the environment with a sense of appreciation and reverence, to engage with life itself at a deeper level than merely the material world.

To the spiritual being the cycles of life are approached as representatives of infinity, with reverence that is truly an honoring of life. It is a gentle and kind approach toward all that is in our world, a recognition that the earth itself and the universe beyond has a consciousness and that our life is connected in some unseen way to all life now and in the past. The invisible intelligence that suffuses all form is a part of ourselves, thus a reverence for all life is knowing that there is a soul in everything. That soul is worthy of being honored.

The spiritual person is conscious of the need not to take more from the earth than is needed, and to give back to the universe in some fashion for those who will habitate the planet after himself. Miracle-making capability comes out of a strong reverence for all life, including your own, and therefore in order to know real magic you must learn to think and act in ways consistent with being a reverent spiritual being.

11. The non-spiritual being is laden with grudges, hostility, and the need for revenge. The spiritual being has no room in his heart for these impediments to miracle making and real magic.

12. The non-spiritual being believes that there are real world limitations and that although there may be some evidence for the existence of miracles, they are viewed as random happenings for a few fortunate others.

The spiritual being believes in miracles and his own unique ability to receive loving guidance and to experience a world of real magic. The spiritual being knows that miracles are very real. He believes the forces that have created miracles for others are still present in the universe and can be tapped into. The non-spiritual being sees miracles in a totally different light. He believes them to be accidents, and therefore has no faith in his own ability to participate in the miracle-making process.

Conclusion

The spiritual dozen require very little of you. They are not difficult to understand nor do they require any long training or indoctrination on your part. They can be accomplished in this very instant in which you are reading. Becoming a spiritual being takes place within that invisible self Regardless of how you have chosen to be up until now, working toward becoming a spiritual being can be your choice today. You do not have to adopt any specific religious tenets or undergo a religious transformation you simply have to decide that this is the way you would like to live out the remainder of your life. With this kind of inner commitment you are on your way. It is important to recognize that real magic is unavailable to those who choose the non-spiritual life. Being able to make miracles happen is fundamentally a result of how you choose to align yourself, how you choose to use your mind, and how much faith you have in being able to use it to affect your physical world.

Your Inner Voice

Words are thoughts expressed which carry the message of our intentions with them. Our external speech can be thought of as a reflection or external manifestation of our inner programming. The words we use can tell us a lot about how or what we think. Words can be either charged with the positive energy of love, that helps us expand, or they are charged with the energy of fear, that causes us to shrink away from who we truly are.

Our words have power, and our speech has the power to set the energy or the directions we choose in our lives. If we say good and positive things, good and positive things (experiences) happen to us. These words give us the opportunity to experience life from a positive or optimistic point of view. If, on the other hand, we come from negativity and say negative things, accordingly, negative things happen to us or we end up seeing life as one big problem or disappointment.

While we are all familiar with our external speech or voice, we also have another voice that we work with and interact with daily. This is our "inner voice". While at first glance you may think: "what inner voice"? But when you come right down to it, we are all familiar with our inner voice. Our inner voice is that small utterance that comes from deep within us, whose job it is to provide us with guidance. This is a different kind of communication than what comes from our normal waking conscious, which I call our analyzer. When our analyzer is talking, the communication we receive tends to seem more like a nonstop conversation that goes on inside of our heads all day and sometimes well into the night.

It is through the mechanism of our inner voice that "spirit" communicates with us. It can be likened to the images portrayed on television of a little white angel standing on one side of our heads telling us the "right" thing to do, while our brain or analyzer stands on the other side (the little devil character), telling us what we "should" do, regardless of integrity or merit. Our inner voice can be thought of as our conscious, poking and prodding us into action or inaction as the case may be.

How many times has your inner voice told you to do something, you in turn choosing to ignore its promptings, only to find out it was a big mistake? I'll bet, in that moment, you say to yourself, "I should have listened to myself". Case and point, you were not paying attention to the guidance provided to you by your inner voice.

Your inner voice is there to help guide you along the path called life. Sometimes the promptings of our inner voice are subtle, reminding us to pay a bill or call a friend. Other times our inner voice can be more insistent, where it may seem as if it is nagging us, reminding us over and over of some unfinished business for perhaps days, weeks or even years.

Many people confuse thoughts or passing emotions for the information they receive from their inner voice. In fact, many of us confuse information provided by our brains, or analyzers for the inner promptings of spirit. But if you quiet your mind, you can easily tap into this information. This can be accomplished through meditation, quiet contemplation, exercise, art, dance and even music. Each of these activities helps to turn off our analyzer, allowing us to commune with our higher self, our spirit or the universe.

If these techniques aren't working for you, here is a good rule of thumb to follow. If your inner voice, those inner promptings that urge each of us into action lasts more than a week, i.e., you find the same thoughts and feelings coming back to you over and over again, then know that this is your inner voice looking for expression. Trust the information you are receiving, and use it to guide you into action.

Our inner voice also works on another basic principal: if you ask yourself a question, you will always receive an answer. So if you ask, "What should I do now?" you will always be prompted as to your next step. At times you may receive a whole digression at to what you could or should be doing. Our inner self always provides us with information that is for our highest good, even if the tasks it requires of us are hard. It will always lead us on the right path, but it cannot compel us to follow. We were all provided with something called free will. It is our ability to choose what we want for ourselves. Bottom line, we can choose to follow spirit, or we can choose to take a different path.

When you listen to the prompting of spirit, life happens much smoother. Things that may have been a problem or issue, in the past, seem to be miraculously avoided and life is good. When you choose to not listen to spirit, it is as if you are taking your life into your own hands. Spirit will poke you and prod you, it will even nag at you with the things you should be doing.

The more you don't listen, or choose to not pay attention, the further and further you are moving from your center and your true path. Your inner self starts to become unbalanced. The more unbalanced you become, the stronger or louder the promptings become. Obstacles or tests are put in our path increase in intensity. Finally, the last straw is placed upon the camel's back. It is as if the universe smacks you up the side of the head with a 2 x 4, an index card pinned to the end of it, which reads "Are you ready to listen now?"

Listening to spirit, your higher self or the universe is all about trust…trusting that what you are being told or lead to do is what is best for you highest good. Trust is a challenge for many of us to master. Working with the promptings of our inner voice makes us acknowledge that we are not necessarily in control. I fact, it forces us to giving the steering wheel of our life over to someone else. It is hard for us to give up control of our lives. But once you choose to follow spirit by trusting and surrendering control, you will see miraculous changes happening in your life almost immediately.

Feeling Heat While Transfering & Receiving UE energy

We as humans are living, dancing, vibrant holograms of light and energy .Energy transfer causes the temperature of the substance to rise – this takes place at the molecular level. Atoms are perpetually vibrating. Those atoms then make a quantum transition from “electronically excited” to “vibrationally excited”, meaning that the energy causes the whole atom to move. We feel that motion as “heat”; hence we often feel heat when experiencing (giving or receiving) energy healing.

Water, Life , and Consciousness

In our modern world, most people, as long as they have enough of it, give little thought to water. In the West, even people who do think about water tend simply to question the quality of municipal water supplies, or perhaps to see water as a substance we should probably drink more of.

When we hear that the Earth's water supply may be dwindling dangerously, we find this concept hard to relate to. When the idea tries to come forward that there may be a greater importance to water than we have ever believed, it is "drowned out" by our media. For the most part, for example, there is little media support for the idea that we should drink water itself for our health. Television ads keep telling us that this or that new, commercialized liquid will make us healthy. And we watch acceptingly as millions of dollars are spent each year suggesting that we drink the milk of animals. Yet it scarcely occurs to us to question the fact that no one spends money talking about ordinary old water.

Why should they? How could something as commonplace as water be important?

Water Is Life

NASA, in its search for life on other planets, accepts without question that water is the first requirement. Without water, there can be no life. It's clear, also, that where there is rain there is life, and that where rain does not fall, there is a desert.Clearly, life here has evolved on a planet where two-thirds of the surface area is covered with water. We look out over our oceans, and water fills our unrestrained view as far as the eye can see.Our own bodies reflect a similar proportion. Approximately 60 percent of our physical bodies are made up of water (in newborns, it's 80 percent).Perhaps it is just because there is so much water in our reality that we have taken it for granted, thinking it is "only water."

A Sacred View of Water

In its very first sentence, according to the book of Genesis: "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was waste and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep: and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."These sentences deeply imply that early people believed that water was a prerequisite for life even to begin on Earth. And both the ancient Egyptians and the Christians linked water to spirituality and consciousness. Both used baptism with water to wash away sins and prepare the initiate for higher consciousness. In ancient times, the initiate was actually submerged in water.

The Druids of Europe and the Shintos of Japan believed that bodies of water, small and large, were openings to the inner worlds of the Earth, and thus considered them sacred and holy.In fact, all over the ancient world water was looked upon as sacred. The Christians blessed themselves in the sign of the cross with holy water as they entered their churches. The Shintos washed their hands and arms up to the elbows with holy water to purify their spirits before entering the sacred places of nature that were their churches. Religious and native peoples worldwide use water to purify themselves before beginning religious ceremonies. And in recent times, it was discovered that the water molecule itself, with its angle of 105 degrees, was in the Golden Mean ratio, a basic proportion in Sacred Geometry. This proportion in itself implies that water has a special place in Creation.

A Scientific View

Most of us assume that if water were purified there would be nothing left but molecules of H2O. But this is absolutely not true. What modern scientists have discovered with their advanced instruments is that no matter how "pure" it is, there are many different kinds of water. All water simply is not the same. A vast array of factors change water so that it exhibits different characteristics, varying according to the types of changes that have been made.An example of these kinds of changes is what happens to water that has flowed through the pipes we use to distribute our municipal water supplies. When it runs in streams, water naturally rotates in vortexes. This vortex motion is what water "wants" to do. As you see water move down the drain, you will notice that it naturally forms a rotating vortex — counter-clockwise in the Northern Hemisphere and clockwise in the Southern.

And this motion of water has vast implications to the "structure" of the water itself. The great scientist Viktor Schauberger was the first to demonstrate what happens to water when we pump it through pipes under pressure. Coming out of the ground, Schauberger said, water is "living." It contains an extra electron in the outer ring, and it is the vortex of naturally moving water that creates this structure. But when pushed through a pipe, although it wants to move in a vortex, water is forced into a circular motion, and this circular movement strips the outer electrons off the water molecule, creating what's called "unstructured" water. It's still hydrogen and oxygen, but it lacks a specific electrical charge. The scientific study demonstrated the role of unstructured water plays in human disease. This study showed that healthy cells are always surrounded by structured water — water with its outer electrons intact — and that diseased cells are always surrounded by unstructured water.

Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow

Is our usage of water creating insidious problems. Will it eventually cause widespread disease? Time will tell, but it's possible that this effect has already happened. It's possible, for example, that our water consumption is related to the current epidemic of chronic, degenerative diseases that is being experienced in so-called "advanced" societies. It's even possible, as some of our sources for this issue believe, that the water we drink is related to the fact that cancer, once an anomaly, is now one of our most deadly killers.Today, we understand the lethal implications of the Romans' use of lead. Could it be that we will someday similarly accept that our old habit of drinking chlorinated water from pressurized pipes was equally devastating? The point is not that we should get rid of our pipes, but simply that the properties of water, whether they are altered by humans or by nature, are greatly varying, and in ways that may have both positive and negative implications for our health and well being.

Healing with Subtle Energy

The Energetic Model of Healing

Energy equals mass times the speed of light squared: e=mc2. What this says is that since the body has mass, it is energy. And if the body is seen only as energy -- a valid perception based on quantum physics -- then healing becomes a problem solved with energy and by energy. This is the basic ground of being for all subtle energy healing.

The model of health and wellness relied upon by alternative therapies acknowledges that health means ''balance'' of this energy within our bodies and its associated energy fields. It is a model of life energy, or ''chi,'' flowing gently, smoothly, and powerfully through the body and the energy fields that surround it. No matter what the alternative therapeutic modality, this energetic model lies behind and beyond every form of alternative healing.

Chiropractors seek to remove physical blocks by adjusting distortions in the musculoskeletal system, in order to balance the flow of this energy. Rolfers remove the blocks and balance the muscle system that then corrects the skeletal system, but with a different philosophy. Practitioners of qi gong balance the energy by using the mind, heart, and body to ''move'' the energy into and out of places where it is lacking or congested, and by ''seeing'' the imbalance becoming balanced.

Now there are other ways of working with human subtle energy, but they require an outside agency. Homeopathy and flower essences are designed to ''teach'' harmonious vibrations to the energetic organism in whatever area correction is needed. Aromatherapy uses the powerful olfactory system to trigger the body's own healing responses. Light, sound, dance, massage, color, and so on -- all of these modalities are designed to ''entrain'' our physical bodies into energetic balance by supplying the missing vibrations and releasing excess. However, in this issue we will speak only of energy healing that does not use an outside physical object.

Dealing with Foreign Entities

Further, there is another possibility that will not be addressed in this issue now, but will be in a future update. Sometimes, our unhealthy choices manifest in the form of what appear to be discarnate spirits. Hypnotherapists and people who ''see'' energy fields encounter this phenomenon all the time.

I believe that while some of these beings are self-created by witchcraft, extreme hatred, or other human emotional distortions, some of them are real, third-dimensional or higher entities who need to be removed and sent back to the light. Others believe that they are all constellations of anger or fear that the individual could not deal with or picture within the self and so ''created'' a being to represent this. But whether these little energy beings are self-created or of foreign origin, when we find them and learn how to make them leave the energy field, we often can achieve dramatic shifts in health and well-being.

But even where entities are concerned, they cannot be in our field unless some disturbance or distortion allowed them entry. So we come, as with all persistent dis-ease, to the questions, ''Why is my field distorted in the first place? What is the source of this unbalanced vibration?
''Why me?''

Healing with Love and Wisdom

In order to begin providing answers to these questions, we are concentrating in this issue on the energy fields themselves, and on healing through the mind and heart -- moving the subtle energy fields without benefit of physical devices or substances. For no matter what the healing approach, the goal is to nourish and balance the energy field. If we start at the level of pure consciousness, we will be able to know, intuitively, which physical methods might help us to replenish our life force energy once it has become exhausted, and release that which we do not need.

And, unsurprisingly, when we look at the physical body in this way, we become aware once more that it is our own choices -- the way we have chosen to handle our life experiences, our emotional traumas -- that have created the energetic disturbances we need to correct. For less severe problems, we can simply move our fields into balance. But for problems that are serious or persistent, we may need to look inside, learn how to dialogue with ourselves, and find out how we may have developed an unhealthy pattern of responding to life's challenges.

This is where the ''love and wisdom'' comes in, for in order to know what an unhealthy pattern is, we have to have a concept of what a healthy pattern looks like. Which brings us, as always, to love.

Acceptance.

Allowing ourselves and others to be what they are, without judgment, without fear, without anger. Knowing that we are magnificent, eternal beings who have within us the power to accomplish whatever it is that we deeply want to accomplish ... to create in our lives whatever it is that we deeply long to create.

When we know who we are, there is no more anger, for there is no one to be angry at. When we know who we are, there is no more fear, for there is nothing to be afraid of. We are the only power in our own lives, and we can learn how to use that power to achieve our hearts' desires.

When fear and anger are gone, what remains is the natural energy of the soul, and that is called love. The studied about 100 healers, using many different techniques, to see if they had anything in common. The studied used a computer-enhanced microwave receiver, to see where the various healers were centered in their bodies while they were doing healing. We discovered that every healer was located in the same place within the body, in what is called the universal heart chakra -- just above the sternum. This center is a focus for universal love, or what many call unconditional love. So we can conclude that love, once again, is the most important ingredient.

The understanding of subtle energy is a natural and innate ability within every person alive, which we have forgotten because of the way that society has developed. We have the ability to heal anything whatsoever, if we only can remember who we are.

UE Meditation Lead to Enlightenment

People meditate for many reasons. Some do it to lower their blood pressure; others like to see special effects with their eyes closed. Many people do it simply because it makes them feel good.

There is nothing wrong with these motives, but we are only interested in meditation methods that can help lead to enlightment, the UE meditation. We think all such methods have something in common: all of them are exercises in remaining aware of where your attention is pointing. In other words, they teach you to avoid getting lost in thought. When the exercise becomes automatic, permanent, and effortless, enlightenment may follow.

Note the word permanent: you are supposed to meditate all day while engaged in normal activities. If you want to get enlightened, meditation is not just something you do for half an hour while sitting on a cushion or wooden floor. This can't be stressed enough: these techniques lead to enlightenment only if they become permanent states of mind. They must become habits.

Meditation can lead you to enlightenment if you do it properly.

“The purpose of meditation is to achieve uninterrupted mindfulness. Mindfulness, and only mindfulness, produces Enlightenment.”—Gunaratana

The Importance of Adequate Sleep

Getting enough sleep is crucial to physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Yet most of us are chronically sleep-deprived or over-tired.Researchers have found that most adolescents need at least 9 hours of sleep per night to feel and function their best!.

Separate studies have shown that sleep deprived adults have more problems with overeating and binge eating. And, people who suffer from sleep apnea have more problems with high blood pressure than the general public. Not only that, we all feel more tense, down or agitated when we are exhausted. And, whenever we get too far behind in meeting our sleep needs, our immune function is affected. We get colds, headaches and stomach bugs when we push ourselves too hard, and don’t take time to sleep or rest.

Take a moment now to reflect on whether you get enough sleep on a regular basis. Is it hard for you to get out of bed when the alarm goes off, or do you jump out of bed refreshed? Do you need to hit the snooze button again and again because you are too tired to get up and get going? Or do you get up with the first wake up call, but drag yourself into the bathroom, vowing to get into bed earlier tonight….and fail to follow through? How much sleep do you need on a regular basis, and how much do you actually get?If you are like most adults, you are not sleeping well enough or for enough time.

The solution is to practice what is called good sleep hygiene. Here are some suggestions:

1. Avoid caffeine and stimulating medications like Sudafed close to bedtime -- or even all day -- if you are sensitive to their activating effects.

2. Avoid vigorous exercise close to bedtime.

3. Engage in calming activities in the evening like meditation, reading and listening to soothing music.

4. Get into bed at a regular time and be sure the room is darkened.

5. Make sure you allow enough hours for sleep in your daily schedule.

6. If these steps are insufficient, consider medical assessment for sleep, medical or psychiatric conditions. For example, sleep apnea, hyperthyroidism, anxiety and depressive illnesses can effect both your ability to fall asleep and the quality of your sleep! Getting proper treatment for those conditions will help you sleep better.

7. You may benefit from a sleep aid or medication. Your doctor can help you decide if that is the best choice for you.Adequate and refreshing sleep is crucial to physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. So please nurture yourself by ensuring you are

Purpose & Goal of Universal Energy Healing

Written By Dr. Thai Tan Truyen, M.D.(T.M.), Ph.D.

Universal Energy Healing with its official name as “Mankind-Enlightenment-Love” is a field of study that includes the diversified and multifunctional fields of research about Human Being, according to the definitions and viewpoints of leading international modern Medical professionals such as Dr. Halfdan Mahler, Dr. Manoj Kurian, etc.

a) Mental Relaxation – Breathing – Meditation

“Breathing & Mental Relaxation” is the topics of research studies and basic applications of Universal Energy Healing. All the beginners in Universal Energy Healing had to go through the practice of “Breathing & Mental Relaxation”. This topic of research study is similar to those from Indian schools of Yoga Breathing that had been around for many thousand years. Nowadays there are many Yogis and Masters of Meditation who research and widely use this technique in various aspects of training and healing human physical as well as mental illness.

Importantly, these techniques of Yoga Breathing and Meditation had proven the healing effects on mental as well as physical problems, that many people, worldwide medical organizations, countries recognized, praised or agreed to allow the research study, applications of Meditation, Breathing, Yoga, Mental Relaxation methods, etc. These fields of study to promote human health such as Yoga, Meditation, Breathing, Mental Relaxation, etc., do not need to rely on medication never had any violations throughout their period of research study and applications for many thousand years at anywhere. Gradually, there are more people who research, study and practice these techniques in many regions around the world.

“Breathing & Mental Relaxation” or Yoga Meditation has many different methods, determinants, opinions, levels, results and benefits. Universal Energy Healing has many different levels. Therefore, the techniques of Meditation change from the lower to higher levels, from the breathing exercise in a sitting still position with eyes closed for mental relaxation at the beginning level, slowly it changes to the level of mental relaxation with eyes opened, and eventually students reach a level that they can meditate while doing the normal daily activities. Each method and level of Meditation brings different results and benefits on the body, mind and spirit depending on the destiny, level, energy and effort of each person who follows this method of Meditation.

b) Wisdom – Enlightenment

Following the training of Meditation, students eventually reach the Advanced Level of Meditation which is “transcendent meditation” or a level of “Body-Spirit Wisdom, Enlightenment”, the highest state of meditation for many practitioners from other Eastern and Western spiritual training. It is also the ultimate goal of Meditation in Universal Energy Healing. In another word, Meditation is one of many vehicles the Universal Energy practitioners can use to research, study and practice in order to obtain the primary objective which is “Wisdom – Enlightenment”.

Buddhists refer to the state of “Wisdom – Enlightenment” as Enlightened, which is the Spiritual knowledge, not Physical knowledge. When we obtain Physical knowledge, it is only our ‘Intellect’ but not ‘Enlightenment’ which is the highest and most powerful spiritual level, and it is not easy to achieve by anyone. We need to rely on this Spiritual knowledge that is often referred to as Wisdom or Enlightenment, in order to have perfect health, or complete healing for your body and mind, according to Hippocrates’ fundamental medical perspectives, the Founder of Western Medicines and WHO’s concept of holistic Health.

Wisdom – Enlightenment is the primary and ultimate goal of Universal Energy Healing. Meditation, Transcendental Meditation techniques are the tools that students can use to research, study and practice. This is only a theoretical discussion. But on a practical application the “physical and spiritual successful achievements of Wisdom & Enlightenment” would be very difficult and only a few people can do it. Meditation has been around for thousands of years in history, but the number of people who succeeded to have Wisdom – Enlightenment is very rare. This spiritual achievement is always a spiritual reward for each individual who follows the Path and practices Meditation. The Meditative journey is a personal one, in which there is no travel companion even our own Master can not accompany us. These Masters are only responsible for showing the way, but the actual practice of Meditation or following the Path is the deed of each person. Nobody can practice Meditation or follow the Path for us.

c) Universal Energy

However, in Universal Energy Healing the students can always have the spiritual support from the spiritual power of Master Dang, who is the Founder and Leader of Universal Energy Healing. This spiritual power has a scientific name as “Universal Energy”. This terminology is used as the name of this new teaching. Additionally, the lectures were given in person by Master Dang during the Advanced Universal Energy courses, conducted in the format of questions/answers and they are referred to as SEMINARS. During these Seminars, Master Dang discussed about many subjects that include almost all the issues, topics or problems involving people, society, humanity, etc. In these subjects, the primary concerns on human health are the issues that involve the aspects of Psychology and Spirituality.

“Universal Energy” is a common scientific name to define something that can be almost invisible in the universe. Modern science has recognized its existence in the deep space of the infinite universe that also contains our tiny planet earth. Universal Energy goes through all physical objects. It is constantly moving, dynamic, active and transforming at a rate faster than the speed of light. Universal Energy still has many subtle characteristics that not many people can recognize. When people can have a better understanding of Universal Energy and utilize its subtle characteristics, mankind will have thousands of its potential benefits.

One of the subtle characteristics of Universal Energy is the spiritual and metaphysical effects on humans and living creatures. It is something Universal Energy Healing had been and continues with the research studies and applications for the benefits of humanity, that includes human life and health. Universal Energy is still new to many people. But the successful achievements of Universal Energy Healing in recent years including the positive effects on human health, on animals, on plants, on agriculture, etc., are the evidences and encouraging signs to help the research and study to focus on a better objective for humanity, plants, nature and all living creatures.

d) Spirituality

When we mention that Wisdom – Enlightenment are Spiritual powers, not the Physical knowledge, we are talking about the metaphysical realm of Spirituality, that human knowledge and science do not have sufficient research study and do not clearly understand. However, we are still able to discuss about it. Therefore, we still have the right to research, study, contemplate and assert our own opinion and perspective on these metaphysical topics. Since the fundamental human rights had been recognized by the United Nations, as we mentioned many times, and the purpose is for health benefits as well as the advantage of knowledge in the new era for humanity.

Spirituality is the concept of a metaphysical realm that existed for thousands of years. Its undetectable nature and potential is the reason that today it is still a mystery. As we progress a lot in material science, we have less focus on the research in metaphysics. But spirituality can never disappear from the world and it will always be something we need to be aware of. Eventually all humans must face the spiritual reality, whether they are believers or non-believers in the existence of metaphysical power.

Therefore, instead of running away from metaphysical issues, we should research and study in order to discover and apply its effects on health as well as many other practical benefits. In fact, it does not only involve human health, but it seems that almost every aspect of human life is connected to spiritual factors. The point is whether we acknowledge it or not, whether we recognize it or not, whether we research or not, and whether we study it or not.

Universal Energy Healing does not pressure or persuade anybody. Any person can listen and agree with the spiritual perspective of Universal Energy Healing. However, Universal Energy Healing can present and help the people who are sincere and serious to learn, to research or wish to obtain spiritual experience that includes metaphysical characteristics and power. Right after their Chakras are opened 100% by Master Dang, these Universal Energy students can have spiritual experience such as the sensation of the invisible spiritual energy around them, the ability to contact as well as the power to neutralize these metaphysical energies.

To put it in a more precise way, with these spiritual powers, Universal Energy students can sense the presence of souls of people, plants and animals, as well as the bad or good souls nearby or far away depending on the spiritual power of each person. They can contact these souls and affect them. The presence of a bad or unwanted soul in a physical body can cause problem to the body or the mind. Universal Energy student can help this situation in a blink of an eye with the capacity of spiritual power. These are the realistic experiences that many Universal Energy students have obtained. However, we never use these spiritual experiences to convince anyone. We can only exchange these spiritual experiences with those who have gone through the same situation, or with those who are serious and sincere to research and study.

Universal Energy does not accept any form of superstition, meaning we do not accept any type of blind faith. A Tibetan Buddhist Yogi Master, the 14th Dalai Lama said, “Belief in the Divine Beings and Spirituality must have deep root in the soil of knowledge.” Universal Energy Healing wishes to add, “Belief in the Divine Being and Spirituality also need to have the flourishing branches of the physical senses and realistic verifications.” Universal Energy Healing believes in Spirituality, which is the existence and activities of metaphysical powers, often referred to as the souls. There are many different types of souls with their unique characteristics, capabilities, movements, activities in many spiritual dimensions. There are souls who have the power to interact with the physical world. Also, there are people who have the ability to communicate with souls in different spiritual dimensions.

Spirituality in general and the Soul in particular, are objects and metaphysical aspects that humans had known for thousands of years. They are now and always will be the mysterious subjects that people still need to research and study in order to obtain beneficial effects to help human life, including the tasks of caring and protecting health. Currently Universal Energy Healing does not go deep into the research study on the nature, potentials and activities of these Souls. But Universal Energy Healing has the applications to sense their presences, the types of souls, especially the existence of Souls that we referred to as “Wandering Souls”. Universal Energy Healing also discussed about Souls of the Cells and Souls of the Nerves. These are the souls that directly affect the human body and health. There are many Universal Energy students who had the opportunity to communicate with the Higher Beings, such as the Deities, in order to learn about spirituality and obtain Wisdom – Enlightenment.

e) Love

Love is a very important topic and also a significant goal for research, study and application in Universal Energy Healing. It is one of the three parts of its name in “Mankind Enlightenment Love”. If Wisdom – Enlightenment are powers in metaphysical realm then Love is the vibrations and emotions in mental realm. Wisdom-Enlightenment is often connected to the Human Brain, but Love is usually symbolized by the Heart. People normally think that Love comes from the Heart, but in fact nobody really knows exactly its location, nature, source, etc.
Here, Love is only a word to express the boundary of research study and applications of human psychology and emotions. Particularly when it is positive like love, compassion, kindness, caring, etc. Until now and perhaps through eternity Love will be the most mysterious power of the humans. We can recognize love, and we can even try to possess love; but it will always remain as something mysterious. We do not clearly know the definition of Love. But we can easily recognize the effects and benefits of Love on many aspects, especially in this subject it involves Human Health.

f) Mind-Body Unity

Science clearly proves the close relationship between Psychology and Physiology that can be referred to as the “Mind-Body Connection”. The result of this connection is a healthy Body requires a sound Mind. In another word, we always have the “Mind-Body Unity”. From this corollary we can see the significance of Love, positive mental attitude of compassion that can affect human health. Science easily proves this interaction through the love relationship between male and female. As the relationship grows in a positive way, the physical body is also transforming. Maternal love can give better evidence. As a mother really loves her child, the body produces more milk and the quality of the milk is better, on the contrary, if a mother does not have much love then the body reduces the amount of milk as well as the quality of milk.
If positive Psychology can be beneficial to human health, on the contrary negative psychology can be harmful to health. Science can also prove this close relationship easily. Normal people can examine this point without any problem. If a person always has a negative mindset such as sadness, anger, jealousy, grudge, hatred, etc., then he will most likely to develop health problem. There is no medication that can cure the symptoms caused by negative mental attitudes. If it is successful, the result may be limited and temporary, since the causation still exists then the problem is not completely resolved. When we are angry we cannot eat or sleep well. When we are worried we cannot eat or sleep well. If we cannot eat or sleep well, how can we maintain our health? To cure this symptom, we need to clear the mental causation and not just only rely on medication.

Psychology is not just a simple study to recognize a positive or negative mindset, which is not too difficult to do. But to change the mindset is perhaps the most difficult thing to do. Some people who may already recognize their own mistakes, but unable to change their mentality. There are so many factors that contribute to the development of our mindset. They are tradition, culture, individual, family, society, country, religion, faith, education, etc. They are the causes and effects on human psychology and they have deeply rooted inside us, so it is not easy to get rid of or change them. These difficulties cause the sickness and suffering in humanity. To change them, we need to have significant, powerful and effective efforts that everyone had been waiting for.

Universal Energy Healing meets the psychological and spiritual requirements for human beings. It is a combination of positive mindset of love and compassion. The theory is given during the lecture from Master Dang in the courses of Universal Energy Healing. The application is the act of charity to help people in the mindset of love and compassion as we transfer energy to other people, animals, plants, flowers, etc. Students may have the chance to reach the spiritual peaks such as Wisdom – Enlightenment by learning from Master Dang, and from applications by using the method of Universal Energy Healing. Through the practice of meditation,. These advanced spiritual powers can bring a lot of benefits to individuals, family, society and country.

Evidently, when we can combine two factors of Love and Enlightenment, we can eliminate the causations of physical problems, but more importantly we can get rid of the illness in the emotional and mental realms. In another word, we can solve the problem of human suffering. This is the primary goal, not only in Universal Energy Healing but it is also the common wish of the entire human race, and it is even more important than the treatment of physical illness. There are symptoms that cannot be cured. There are problems that cannot be treated. But we can still avoid the suffering. We can still have happiness and joy, as we have Love, Compassion, Wisdom and Enlightenment.

g) Oriental Philosophy

Humans are the highest species in comparison with all living creatures on earth. We are ranked the highest because of our mind, emotion, and especially our spirituality. These are the vital elements that other animals do not have, or they may have up to a certain limit and primitive nature. Humans have their similarities as well as differences. Importantly, they share the same similarity in good, bad or clever behaviors. In general, people usually like good or nice things, and they do not like the bad ones. They are the basic foundations of human Ethic that made up the advanced civilizations and strong points in humanity.

People always wish and look for good things that can be symbolized as the light like joy, happiness, health, love, peace, etc. In fact, they are very hard to find. If we can find them, they can easily change or transform, and they do not last. The bad things that we wish to get rid of can be symbolized as the darkness like suffering, sadness, concern, fear, insecurity, sickness, infirmity, handicap, poverty, and most importantly, death. Nobody wants to die. But nobody can escape death. Nobody wants to suffer. But in fact most of humans suffer for one reason or another, at this point in time or another, here or there.

In the advanced Universal Energy courses conducted by Master Dang, they are called the “Oriental Philosophy Seminar” because Oriental Philosophy contains a treasure of Psychology and Spirituality for mankind. In here we can find a lot of useful information for people such as opinion, concept, profound philosophy, as well as the Wisdom Enlightenment of sages, philosophers, spiritual masters, Saints, Buddha, etc. These precious minds and spirits in the treasure of Oriental Philosophy are the lights or flowers of happiness, joys, health, peace, etc. that humans are looking for. They are the magical wands that can help people to escape from the darkness of suffering, hatred, concern, sadness, anger, jealousy, fear, etc.

Philosophy is a profound teaching in humanity. In the past it was almost exclusively reserved only for people with high level of spirituality. Because only a small number of people who could learn it, consequently the majority of humanity cannot study to find the truth, ethics and better quality of life in order to obtain happiness, peace, joy, and to get rid of hatred or suffering, as well as the more critical issues like human health, or causations of sickness and infirmity. Master Dang and these “Oriental Philosophy Seminars” with the latest techniques in Universal Energy Healing perhaps can bring back the light of happiness, joy, and clear the concern, fear, sadness and suffering in many people.

To accommodate the current situation and the need to teach thousands of people from all levels of social backgrounds, ages, knowledge, mentality, spirituality, etc. Besides the answers with focus to spiritual encouragement and guide, there are questions on the primary topics of Philosophy such as “Life-Aging-Sickness-Death, Happiness-Suffering, Love-Compassion, Enlightenment-Wisdom, God-Man, Heaven-Hell, Devil-Angel, etc.” Each day Master Dang transfers the Spiritual energy to all the students, and allows them to practice the methods of Meditation, the techniques of receiving the Light of God’s Aura so each person can apply the special spiritual training of Universal Energy Healing. They achieve the primary objective of Universal Energy Healing which is “to help themselves and save others.” This is the shortest and quickest way to learn Spirituality and Oriental Philosophy.

In summary, Oriental Philosophy gives us the power of knowledge and spirituality so we can have the Knowledge of Wisdom and Spiritual Enlightenment. Oriental Philosophy also gives us the spiritual power so we can have love and compassion. It is a strong and everlasting bond between Knowledge of Wisdom, Spiritual Enlightenment, Compassionate Soul with the powers of the Deities, the Light of God’s Aura, Spiritual Energy. In this manner, we can solve the never-ending human problems and achieve the Heavenly peace and happiness inside every human. Then we can escape from the mentality of fear, sadness, suffering of Hell, where there is no space-time and a world of evil, insensitive and dark souls.

Self-Care

Sometimes while in meditation, I ask how I can be in service to the Divine Plan. And often I am surprised by the answer, "Compassion and Love begin with self. Create them for yourself. And when you are balanced, with your basic needs met, you can assist others."

As an UE practitioner, it is easy to give energy healing to others and more difficult to give to myself. However, if I neglect to replinsh my well, then I have nothing left to give. So, when I choose to follow the guidance for self-care, I use the following easy techniques to nurture and honor myself.

- Drink plenty of pure water . The body easily gets dehydrated when it is under stress. It needs additional levels of water to flush toxins and increase the efficiency of the body's functions. Many biological systems become taxed when coping with stress. Water also increases mental clarity during times of stress.

- Create time in your daily schedule to: meditate and pray peace. This practice quiets the mind, allows you to experience a sense of stillness and enables you to tap into your soul's wisdom. Express gratitude and appreciation for all the blessings in your life and the miracle that you are.

- Breathe. Deep, expanded-belly breaths, particularly through the mouth, reduce the fight or flight response, clear the mind, oxygenate the cells and ground you into the NOW!

- Consciously choose what you listen to. Sound is a vibration that impacts the molecular level and effects the structure and integrity of the water in our bodies . Sound that is imprinted with the emotions of anger, fear or hated distort the crystalline structure of water. Whereas, sound that carries the resonance of peace, love or joy creates healthy, well-balanced crystalline structures.

- Chant or sing the mantra, "The Metta" or "Compassion & Love" over and over. Pure love is the highest frequency there is. And the body, mind and emotions will respond to it.

- Get plenty of rest.

Floods and Landslides Claim 188 Lives in Indonesia

The death toll in Indonesia has increased to 188 after the southern province of Sulawesi suffered days of heavy rains, prompting floods and landslides.

Search and rescue operations have been launched after nearly four days of heavy rain, yet 144 people are still missing, officials said.
174 people have died in the hard-hit Sinjai region alone.

The Philosophy of Natural Healing

by Dr. Dori Luneski

The basic assumption behind natural healing is that the human body is linked to the properties of natural organic substances. The philosophy of natural healing is that your body is capable of healing itself once proper conditions are provided. Herbal therapy is a natural way to help the body heal itself. Herbal remedies neutralize or eliminate from your body the harmful substances that impair its power to heal itself, and provide natural nutrients in their most absorbable form. In the chaotic condition of "modern medicine" and the crying need of the millions, is our grand opportunity to understand the truth about the ancient, honorable, and beneficial science of natural healing with herbs.

Homeopathy is another method of stimulating the body's own healing processes. If you have a symptom, your vital force is down! It is your depressed vital force, not your symptom, that is the origin of disease. Homeopathy is a holistic science, and treats the whole person. Health is not the absence of disease ... it is a universal good condition on all levels--physical, emotional and mental. Homeopathy works on the principle of resonance, like when a singer shatters glass on a special note that matches the energy of the glass. The source of the homeopathic remedy has certain symptoms if taken in excess, and when these symptoms match yours exactly, the two energies combine like the singer who breaks glass, and increases the overall energy. This increased energy raises your vital force and you are now stronger to overcome the symptoms.

To change the "level of health" you must change the person's constitution or "vital force"--a subtle governing energy that organizes and directs physical and chemical action of the body. Efficiency of your vital force is reflected in degrees of health or illness. The present transition toward health and wholeness, rather than disease, has enhanced the growing awareness and importance of subtle energies and influences that encourage the body to heal itself.

Symptoms are an expression of your vital force's effort to heal. Do not suppress your body's attempts to communicate with you!

1) Do not treat thirst with drugs.
2) Understand the healing properties of herbs and allow nature to help in the healing process.
3) Understand that treating symptoms is masking the fact your vital force is down; you need to be dealing with that, rather than just temporarily wanting to feel better.

Every physical, emotional, or mental symptom gives us a particular message, and we need to acknowledge these messages. every true healing process is an affirmation of our wholeness . . . and any condition should "first do no harm."

Energy Medicine

by author Joseph Barry Martin, PhD

When we suffer from any kind of pain–physical, emotional, or spiritual, including a painful relationship–our emotions send messages to the body and mind about the need to return to balance. Responding to this call in a positive way can help us find energy and a sense of happiness, vitality, and joy.

During 35 years of clinical work as a psychotherapist and energy counsellor, I have heard people tell me that chronic pain goes away only when they deal with its root causes. There is an end to suffering, and we can find it through practices that include deep breathing and visualization during meditation. These practices must acknowledge that pain does indeed hurt. At the same time individuals can develop a conscious, open, flowing, and energetic reconnection with what I call the Source and others call cosmic energy, prana (in Hinduism, the life-giving force), or qi (in some Chinese philosophies, the physical life force). Ayurveda, the 5,000-year-old medicine of India, states that we are primarily energy and consciousness. Most recent science agrees.

“After decades of being ‘off limits’ to academic science and medicine, . . . there is a growing appreciation that all medicine is energy medicine and that the energetic perspective holds the key to the future of the entire medical enterprise,” writes Dr. James Oschman in his book Energy Medicine in Therapeutics and Human Performance (Butterworth Heinemann, 2003). Energy medicine is the holistic approach to healing.

Healing the Four Energy Bodies

The goal in energy medicine is to bring into balance our four energy bodies: the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physiological. “Dis-ease” results from a spiritual disconnection, poor mental attitudes with outdated beliefs, painful blocked emotions such as anger, grief, and fear, and physiological-biochemical imbalances. The quest for spiritual meaning, mental clarity, and emotional clearing and openness are as important as treating the physical body.

Dr. Carl Jung was keen to point out that the primary concern of every one of his clients was finding spiritual meaning and purpose in life. An individual’s spiritual separation is the primary cause of illness. If not dealt with, it will later cause imbalance and illness in the mental, emotional, and physical bodies. Although there are many powerful techniques for healing the four energy bodies, only two are outlined here–deep diaphragmatic breathing and full breathing with light visualization during meditation. Both techniques focus on emotions inside the body.

Deep Breathing

Sit comfortably and breathe deeply into the diaphragm. Breathe in slowly and deeply to fill your lower abdomen so that your lower belly moves outward two to three inches. As you exhale, let your abdominal muscles pull back toward the spine, forcing out the dead air. Breathing this way charges your body with oxygen to increase energy levels.

Visualization During Meditation

As you breathe in and out, see, sense, and intuit a beautiful golden white light being brought in with every breath and filling every space, atom, DNA, cell, tissue, and organ within you. This healing light will go to areas of pain and release the distress you feel there. Inhale more golden white light; exhale the dark pain outside. Realize the truth that you are not the pain or suffering. You are cosmic light full of energy and consciousness.

While visualizing and meditating to heal and release pain, focus on the physical discomfort blocked within your physical body and intuitively access the blocked emotions there. Is your body telling you something about your healing? Allow the golden white light to release blocked emotions.

Just as you are not your pain, you are not your past, job, life and gender roles, age, health status, or anything else. You are the love you were created to be. Deal with the causes of your pain and suffering in a self-responsible, self-empowering manner.

Transfer UE Energy via Using Small Pyramid - For Level 7 Practitioner

Transfer energy to individual locally to help the patient recovered quickly. There are some illnesses: the first one is breast cancer for women, the second is the skin erruptions, the third is swollen knees with or without liquid, the fourth is surgical spot.

This, this is the small pyramid; surgical spot is the first, the skin eruption is the second, the swollen knee is the third, the breast cancer is the fourth. In brief, the worse wounds on the outer skin of the patient, we use this formula. With this formula, you also place the small pyramid onto the local pain, you also think 4 times, from top to the bottom of the small pyramid one, two, three, and lastly look at the top of this small pyramid, finish, regardless of minute (time).

You transmit energy regardless of time and space, you received the UE when you studied at level 7; you should not transmit energy too slow, firstly because you said psychologically: “this energy is too little!” But with the consumed electricity, you only need to touch with your hand to 110 Volts, you are shocked. Not mentioned to 220 Volts, open the contact point while your hand was touching, you would be burnt into charcoal. With 340 or 440 Volts, you only need to touch lightly when the contact opened, you would become charcoal, completely dissolved.

If you unintentionally practice according to the technique, the principle, you cannot only help any body, but also harm you, at such time, I am the only one to readjust for you with the condition to telephone me directly, then I can adjust, otherwise, you have to accept this situation and have to wait for me.I do not want to scare you, but, in principle, I have described to you that the man-made electricity has its limit, the electricity of our UE is unlimited as I have just described to you.

I hope that you realize the case when transmitting the energy that I do not ask to transmit slowly as well as quickly, you only need to look at it (small pyramid) like this: from top to bottom of the small pyramid one, two, three and then its top, totally about 5 to 7 seconds maximum. Instead of 30 seconds like before, now only 5 to 7 seconds; those who are too slow, slower than the turtle, the turtle has gone 100 meters while you have just started, in such case, you should try to spend 10 seconds maximum. In case you are too slow, it is better not to give treatment and to say that because of my slow character, I cannot give treatment, such treatment harms you and does not help anyone.

That is a very important fact. In the first day, I want to guide you the way to receive the UE, then you transmit the energy to help the patient recovered. Now, the indirect treatment. An “A” person, a “B” person with unlimited distance, either nearby or far away, in brief indirect means the patient is not in front of you. I helped your Chakra 6 spinned at level 4; I also helped you to control an imaginary pyramid in your mind. Twice already. Now, this time is very important, when the patient is far away from you, you use your Chakra 6; you already have a small pyramid, you will control a small pyramid in the outer space into yours, you control your imaginary pyramid, you imagine the patient in front of you, then you transmit the energy by looking from the top to the bottom of the pyramid once, two, three times, then you transmit the energy by the methods of level special class. All of energy enter the patient, stop. Except when the patient calls and said that: “I just had an operation due to my breast cancer, my skin eruption, or my swollen knee.” For one of those 4 cases, treat at the local area, you imagine a small pyramid concentrating on one area, for example at the right or left swollen knees, or at the right or left cancered breasts, or at any wounded area due to operation or skin eruption on the the right or left arms.In brief, you have to know the location.

You use your Chakra 6 to transmit the energy into the imaginary small pyramid located on such local area for two, three days to get rid of such pain or illness. There are some of our practitioners, who have learnt levels 6 and 7, invent many things. They are not artists, but want to paint; that is very dangerous! I want to remind you not to invent many things, the more you invent, the more you are in danger.

Whatever I know, I guide you to achieve many good results; whatever you do not know then you ask and I answer. This energy is the UE, it helps us to help people to be recovered from sickness or pain. I am sorry to say that this energy is similar to the man-made electricity.I remind and emphasize to you in this seminar, I teach you directly, you should not be wise to say that: “I already learnt so I can teach you, or you already learnt so you can teach me” between husband and wife.

You unintentionally teach so easily, the husband teaches with no effect nor transmitting the energy, and the wife teaches for nothing, there is no effect when husband teaches to his wife and via versa. Because in the seminar, you are directly to me, when I teach you cannot listen to all my words, you do not understand; thus there is no reason when you go home you will be able to help others, unless I have an official directive asking all centers and sub-center around the world to help those, who had attended level 7, and the formulas showing how to transmit energy, the principles clearly listed, then you will be able to help them, otherwise, when I suggest you to stop you should not do so. I do not allow to carry out, then you should not teach others, thus it helps you.“Oui!” That is the common principle for all of you at this level Special for now.

Once more, I want to remind you that all of the materials I teach are reserved to all of you in this Special seminar only. Besides, when you unintentionally, with no purpose, teach your husband, your children, your wife and your relatives to follow the formulas of this Special seminar, they are worthless; sometimes they are valueless and if they are accidentally used, then you have to telephone me. I will adjust for you, otherwise, if you have not met me, then you will regain the balance after 100 days or 3 months and 10 days, no more; that’s it. That is what I want to explain to you, you are at high level. You have already known to use the double pyramids, you have known to transmit energy by using the small pyramid. In the future, you put the small pyramid into your pocket wherever you go in order to help others. Directly, you transmit energy to others.

About the technique that you will practice, instead of practicing this double pyramid, you are sitting on the plane, at home, on vacation, you do not have to carry this bag anymore. At home you practice the double pyramid, on vacation you only need this small pyramid, then when you help others without their notice as you hold it like this. For example, you hold it like this (inside your palm) and put it on (Chakra 7) like this, the strong energy goes to the others without their notice. That is when you want to help others, you hold it like this and put it on like this, that’s it. You can put it on with a small distance, not necessary on top (touch) of the head. For example, there are some people, who do not like to put it on thier heads, OK. This is a person’s head, you hold it like this and put it on at this location.

You transmit the energy which comes from the outer space into this small pyramid with tremendous strength through to patients’ Chakra 7 and whole body in order to change the cells to gain back the normal health. That is the first time, our UE knows how to receive the UE, which is faster than the speed of light. For this reason, by now, you cannot sense the flow of the energy as it is too fast. Because the flow of energy is so fast, therefore, at this moment, you do not have to set the alarm clock when you transmit the energy directly, indirectly to individual, group to achieve the results to help the health off all of us around the world, and with good health, we will be able to carry out all small or big projects. That is the basic principle to protect our health.
