I  would like to demonstrate of applying the multidimensional models on this blue iris constitution, as most of my case studied of iris sample were under Haematogenic Iris Constitution. 
a) Please specify the sub-type/disposition & diathesis of this blue iris constitution.
b) In modern iridology practice, we should start from identifying the IPB structure, space deficiency and it morphologies tissues. 
c) Please observe a flatness on this pupil and explain it in physical and emotional levels.
d) Identify the color pigment, density, shape and its location. Pay more attention on it located at the external border of the collarette. What psycho-emotional, traumatic or stress related issues can you be identified in this condition ?
e) Please explain the genetic predisposition of  yellow-orange pigmented located at sectional frontal of the collarette.
f) What type of this collarette structure ?, explain it in physical & emotional aspects. Could you identify the predominant DNA & psycho-emotional of epigenetic of this person ? Hint: Distended accompanied with frontal Cat's Ear collarette !
g) Observe the structural signs (crypt, internal lacuna & defect sign) at pupillary zone & internal collarette border, these will leading to Embryological & Citric Acid Cycle models.
h) Identify the endocrine imbalance which crypts, defect signs & small lacunae attached on the external border of the collarette.   
i) Observe any transversal attached on this iris ?

Please observe the above importance iris signs located in different layers & iris zones integrate with applying the modern & multidimensional iridological models & approaches in analyzing and identifying their correlations so as to enhance the findings accuracy. 

In normal practice, identifying a general deficiency tendency by constitution, diathesis & disposition of this iris. Nevertheless, I would suggest to confirm this person's parental DNA by analyzing it collarette structure, and collecting his  family health history and examine family members.

a) Explain the local absent of the IPB at 355' & frontal pupil flatness both enhance the meanings of each other !

b) Please examine & explain the pigment dispersion syndrome, external cat' claw IPB & local space deficiency at 238' !

c) What is the meaning of frontal yellow-orange pigmented collarette ? Could you explain the combination of these 3 iris signs - Space Risk 1 at 355', frontal pupil flattening & frontal pigmented collarette in psycho-emotional aspects ? 

d) What is the frontal Cat's Ear collarette ? It enhance the meanings of item-c genetic condition and possible carry a epigenetic impact to this person !

e) Could you explain an orange pigment located at the external border of the collarette - 300'-350'  ? This consider as an important Time Risk marking and genetically involved with deep seated emotional issues ! Please identify the Emotional Dynamics of the Collarette under this condition !

f) A modern practitioner would also need to identify the iris signs - crypts, internal & external lacunae located internal & external of the collarette - 78', 92', 100', 115', 180', 225', 240' & 250' !
