Crypt & Collarette Structure - Rx & Lx - (arsh)

Rx-iris
Lx-iris
Male, 10
What can you advice for this 10 years boy based on the above iris sample ? The Mydriasis is considered normal for children, if is Miosis then become concerned ! The contraction furrows were squeezed and compressed at lung reflexive zone is normal due to the expand or mydriasis of pupil, but should take note where they break or terminate it indicate the focus of stress..

Please interpret the above iris signs - crypts at 220'-Rx & 80'-Lx, collarette bridge and numerous  contraction furrows terminating at lung topography areas. I would suggest this person is inherited a family history of blood sugar imbalance - strongly connection with Diabetes Mellitus associate with succinate & cis-aconitate acid imbalance, thyroid gland dysfunction and potential of lung related problems. Please consider a Time Risk evaluation at 220' - Collarette Bridge !
