Crypts at Pupillary Zone & Collarette Structure - Rx & Lx - (suma)

Rx-iris
Lx-iris
Female,34
Refer to the previous post - (nada-father & otha- sister) and suma, they are family members, could you identify their common genetic weaknesses ? The upcoming post is her younger sister-(thur)...

Observe the combination of iris signs on different iris zones at Rx & Lx, could you explain what genetic weaknesses inherited by this person and  family history ?
1) 1st - Combination & Correlation of iris signs:
a) Observe the lacunae attached on the external border of the collarette - 80' & 92' -Rx
b) Embryological sign / crypt located internal collarette border - 85' - Lx
c) Lacuna attached on the external  border of the collarette - 260' - Lx
2) 2nd - Combination & Correlation of iris signs:
a) Adrenal lacuna at 185' - Lx ( contribute to this genetic deficiency)
b) Crypt located to external order of the collarette - 245' - Lx
c) Linear formation at medial section of the collarette - Lx
3) 3rd - Combination & Correlation of iris signs:
a) Crypt located at external collarette border - 213' - Rx
b) Embryological sign / crypt at internal collarette border - 137'
4) Heart lacuna at 97'-Lx is highlighted.
Please answers the above mentioned, what are the three major genetic weaknesses inherited by this person and her family members ?
