Please  analyse this iris photo with identifying its importance iris signs located inside the collarette or pupillary zone ? Which sign is indicating a serious reflection of familial history of intestinal tumours, gastric ulcerations and intestinal dysbiosis ?

a) Stairstep lacuna at pupillary zone nearest to internal collarette border can be signified as a serious sign for indicating intestinal dysbiosis, intestinal polyposis & family medical history of thyroid gland dysfunction in embryological approach.
b) Crypts located at internal collarette border - 150' & 167' , classical view refer to sigmoid colon disturbances, embryological relates to genetic inheritance of bladder, duodenum and uterus insufficiency.
