The misshapen collarette structure of the above iris comprise of :
- Frontal indentation of the collarette at 0' in physical, suggest depression tendency (important sign)
- Partial/sectional zig-zig at inferior nasal section
- Multibridged formation (important sign)
- Multiple indentation of the collarette by indented lacunae - 57', 204' & 283'suggest Time Risk markings ! (importance sign)
The collarette contents rich of genetic information for practitioner to explore...I will suggest to analyse the collarette, lacunae & crypts attached to the border of the collarette, contraction & radial furrows, crypts and internal lacuna at pupillary zone and identify the correlations with the IPB morphologies !
