a) Double IPB at frontal section of the inner pupillary border.
b) Major iris sign of indentation of the collarette co-sign with Stairstep lacuna at 80' ! A genetic predisposition  and family history of cardiovascular problem !Evaluation of  Time Risk & Emotional Dynamics of the collarette is recommended !
c) Closed lacuna located inside the collarette or inner pupillary zone indicate liver stress involvement.
d) An indentation of the collarette co-sign radial furrow at 170 ! Consider  of multidimensional iridology analysis !
