You may analyse the above Lx-iris with suggested sequence (1,2...5) and try to match and compare you findings of Rx -iris and refer to her illness stated...What iris signs is concerned to her health problems ? and what potential genetic weaknesses we should ? and further  by collecting her family members irises  to analyse  and determine the predominant   weakness toward to maternal or paternal side ? In addition, consider it in physical, emotional and embryological levels.
For your reference :
- In the Rx for female - iris sign impact on maternal family history

For example, Rx-iris, a squared shape IPB it may reflect a maternal family history of thyroid dysfunction. The Pigmented Retinal Epithelium was formed or developed in embryonic condition, it indicate a profound genetic impact to her and predominantly in maternal side.
