a) Double Collarette with straw yellow pigmentation - Indicates HPA (Hypothamalus-Pituitary-Adrenal) compromise and renal insufficiency.
b) Melanin & Orange pigments on the border of the collarette - The orange pigment is concern with blood sugar imbalance, the pigment location is regard to Embryological and The Emotional Dynamics of the Collarette consideration.

d) Classical topographical signs - Attached on the external border of the collarette - concerns with endocrine, hormone and glandular system weaknesses.
