a) Observe the sectional hypertrophy and linear of the collarette at 70'~90' suggest  possibility of cardiovascular risk and blood sugar imbalance.
b) Ventral protuberance or distension of the collarette with rarefaction stroma and crypts formation suggests tendencies to diverticulosis, haemorrhoids and possible parasites involvement
