d) Radial Furrows - Deep level of  Major & Minor rays at inner pupillary zone with extends to ciliary zone - Embryological & Classical analysis.
e) Lacunae attached on the border of the collarette - endocrine & immunological consideration.
f) Solitary deep melanin pigment located at the ciliary zone - zone 5.
