Could you identify what type of this lacuna ? a linear tip formation starting from the ventral section of the external border of the collarette into the ciliary zone. In this case, if  can we find a hypothalamus sign plus combination with IPB-S sign it genetically enhance the meaning of the prolactinoma deficiency or hyperprolactinaemia (HPRL).
