IPB Morphologies & Punctate Pigments - Lx - (kalia)

Observe these sandy ochre / orange tiny pigments dispersed and located adjacent to pupil, around the pupillary zone and some are outside the collarette at ciliary zone, please identify whether these is classified as Pigment Dispersion Syndrome (adjacent to pupil) or Punctate Pigments (dispersed at pupillary & ciliary zone) ?
Refer to the previous of Rx-iris case, The punctate orange pigments can be classified as Orange Ferrum Chromatosis when it scattered at pupillary & ciliary zone, and as Pigment Dispersion Syndrome or IPB pigment dispersion that adjacent to the edge of the IPB.
The multiple unique shaped of IPB - Buttonhole, Triangle & Squared IPB are highlighted !

Orange Central Heterochromia & Ferrum Chromatosis - Rx - (kalia)

Female, 64
Observe the external Cat's Claw IPB signs, Pigment Dispersion Syndrome, Multiple Pupil Flattenings, Orange Central Heterochromia, Orange pigmented with Erratic Collarette and much more...

a) The both irises (Rx & Lx-by next post), the tiny sandy orange pigments punctuates like peppercorn located at the edge of IPB, within the collarette or pupillary & ciliary zone, I would like to classify it as Ferrum Chromatosis or so-called "Iron Settlements" instead of Pigment Dispersion Syndrome, even-thought the punctuate pigments are conjunction to the edge of the IPB ! These punctate pigments are located within the pupillary zone or collarette indicates liver stress, enzymatic changes and the possibly of bacterial balance of the intestine are concerned, stated by John Andrews.
Correction : The IPB dispersion pigments adjacent to the IPB would be classified as Pigment Dispersion Syndrome !
b) Orange Central Heterochromia covered the center areas of the pupillary zone and the border of the collarette and is a multidimensional sign, please refer to John Andrews's "Yellow Book" for further explanation-Pg 65~66 !
c) The external cat'claw IPB, Flat Shaped IPB, multiple pupil flattenings (observe the medial nasal flatness conjunction with indentation of the collarette) & localised indentation of the collarette at 100' are highlighted !

The Pigment Triangle/Axis/Triad - Rx

(Photo used with permission by Susan Laing. M.Ir.N.H.F.Dip.)

Observe these three genetic tiny melanin pigments in triangle axis  formation... what does it mean to practitioner ? What is a significant meaning of the melanin pigment co-sign with Brushfield's spot & attached with lymph cord ?
John Andrews explained that The Pigment Triangle links three pigments of similar type ( in this case is tiny melanin pigment) & size as indicates of immuno tendencies, PNEI & ECM dynamics are involved. We also emphasized that we need to observe and the meaning of the topographical location of this pigment and the actual meaning of  the colouration is enhanced ! Pigment carry multiple meanings of emotional, physical, genetic & epigenetic !
a) Brown pigment indicates tendency to liver and gall bladder insufficiency.
b) The theree melanin pigments laocted at 130', 196' & 332' indicates liver disturbances, pelvic stress and possibly ear related problems.
c) Emotionally relates to suppression of expression, anger & resentment.
d) Take note the melanin pigment at 130' co-sign with Brushfield's Spot enhances the tendencies of lymphatic congestion and immunological compromise.
e) Lymph Cord signify " Therapy Resistance" !

The Internal & External Border of the Collarette - Lx - (yjy)

Female, 37
Observe the general hypertrophic, multiple bridged & squared formation of the collarette, tiny melanin pigments attached on the external border of the collarette & multiple crypts located at internal collarette border, this cell areas consist of the most precious genetic & epigenetic data stored within 1.6mm+/- a distance from pupil to internal border of the collarette ! Apply & analyse this iris with modern iridological approaches...

a) Observe carefully the multiple crypts located inside/ internal  border of the collarette , suggest to apply The Embryological & Krebs Cycle Analysis. You may analysis by using these two modern iridological techniques to determine & enhance the accuracy of your findings and correlates its with collarette structure, lacuna/crypt located external border of the collarette and the tiny melanin pigment on the border of the collarette in multidimensional approaches !
b) The overall hypertrophic, squared & multiple bridged collarette indicates generally gastrointestinal disturbances, a family medical history of Autoimmune Diabetes Mellitus, compromised adrenal function and progesterone deficiency.
c) The hypertrophy bridge collarette conjunction with sectional double formation at the Lateral Temporal section of the collarette is highlighted !
d) Closed lacuna - adrenal lacuna at 180' analyse it in physical & emotional level !
d) Observe the important sign of  tiny melanin / brown pigments located on the border of the collarette 70' and co-sign with lacuna at 60' indicates:
- Liver and gall bladder stress involvement in classical view.
- Co-sign with pancreas lacuna at 60' - genetic predisposition to blood sugar imbalance enhanced by the collarette structure as mentioned above.
- The Emotional Dynamics of the Collarette - suppression of expression, anger & resentment, emotional imbalance & barriers concerns with family issues, possible related to maternal issue.
- Time Risk sign - emotional trauma from feeling of rejection, bitterness, resentment, fear, emotional block with suppression. The smaller the pigment, the deeper the trauma emotional or physical pain !

The Dynamics of the Collarette, Lacunae, Crypts & IPB - Lx - (norn)

Female
Observe the IPB morphologies, the structure of the collarette, minor rays/radial furrows at pupillary zone, lacunae & crypt attached on and inside border of the collarette. Can you identify which iris sign is correlated in different layers of an iris zones , it enhance and amplify the genetic impact on the person and medical history of her family...

Female
a) The frontal M sign IPB indicate a personal genetic predisposition and family medical history of blood sugar imbalance that also correlate with the Collarette Bridge formation at 240' !
b) Squared Shaped IPB indicate a genetic predisposition and family medical history tendency to thyroid dysfunction or hypothyroidism.
c) Observe the tiny crypts located inside border of the pupillary zone or collarette - 128', 148', 157', 195' & 240' consider apply the Modern Cellular Iridology Citric Acid Cycle or Krebs Cycle Analysis, which newly researched by John Andrews & The Embryology Iridology Analysis :
d) The Citric Acid Cycle & Embryology in Multidimensional Iridology Approaches:
- Crypts at 128', 148' & 157' signify Succinyl-CoA imbalance. In addition, the embryological approach tendencies to liver deficiency, kidney insufficiency & urinary bladder problem.
- Crypts at 195' signify Succinate imbalance. John Andrews stated  that succinate acid plays an important role via its metabolic transformation to mevalonate, as a stimulant of insulin secretion in the pancreatic islets. The imbalance indicate tendencies to stress, neurological and cardiac function related problems.
- Crypt at 240' signify Coenzyme Q imbalance indicate condition tendency to :
   1) Mitochondrial dysfunction
   2) Anaemia
   3) Diabetes Mellitus
   - Embryological sign -195' relate to blood sugar imbalance.
- Internal lacuna at 272' signify Malate/ Malic Acid imbalance which indicates:
- Low energy and fatigue. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome tendency
- Fibromyalgia tendency
- Pre-diabetes & Dysglycaemia
Obviously, she has a high genetic tendency and predisposition to blood sugar imbalance or pancreas dysfunction based on the above findings:
       - M sign at frontal IPB
       - Collarette Bridge at 240' ( Please check the mid-point for Time Risk evaluation !)
       - Succinate, Coenzyme Q & Malic Acid imbalance ( crypts at internal collarette border)
       - Embryological sign at 240' ( inside border of the collarette)
       - Crypt located at external border of the collarette - 135' in classical view
e) Take note the important tiny crypts attached outside border of the collarette at 135' & 154' indicates  genetic tendency to blood sugar imbalance and ovary stress related problem (crypt-135' located at spleen topographical zone differentiate as pancreas sign).
f) Collarette gap at 280'~327' & 345' & 10', according to John Anderws it indicates:
- EFAs (Essential fatty Acid) imbalance
- Cirtric Acid Cycle disturbance with mitochondropathy
- Time Risk sign, take the mid-point of the gap as 303.5' & 357'5 !

g) The most important new embryological sign/ minor ray at pupillary zone - 0'/360' indicates stress in Hypothalamus & Amygdala. According to John Andrews, this takes priority overall other iris sign and indicates impaired adaptability in all situations, the need for longer treatment & greater degree of restriction, increased susceptibility to stress. Please refer to John Andrews's books and articles on Hypothalamus & Amygdala for more comprehensive explanation !
