Please refer to the above Multidimensional Iridology sketch chart as a standard  iris assessment  to apply for all three iris constitutions. The suggestions as follow :
a) Identify the inner pupillary border tissues in term of it thickness, shape, micron and structure. In this case, is an Atrophy structure.
b) Identify the multiple pupil flatness along the pupillary border, which side is concern to her thyroid dysfunction and explain it in physical & emotional levels. Does it involve with potential spinal problems ?
c) Identify the multiple radial furrows inside the pupillary zone and outside of the collarette border. Which radial furrow can be explained in Physical, Classical, Emotional Dynamics, Time Risk, Embryology & Kreb's Cycle levels ?
d) Find  the correlation and combination of your findings from IPB to ciliary zones as it shows the accuracy and reveals important factors of your iris assessment !  Always have in mind the concept of" Inside-Out" if you are Modern Iridologist. Don't spend too much time on those iris signs which attached outside of the collarette border except in Solitary & Transversals !!
