a) Observe the importance primary signs of  orange pigments located inside the pupillary zone and on the border of the collarette .

b) Identify an internal lacunae in the embryology pupillary zone and on the border of the collarette

c) Pupil Flattening.

d) Gastric Ring / Pupillary Sphincter.
