What is the structure of this IPB tissue ? Could you differentiate a local absent & sectional hypotrophy of the IPB tissues ? Crypt should be set priority to analyse than lacuna, why ? An indented crypt toward to pupillary zone with crypt that located at external collarette border, actually both are equally important, but which one do you analyse first ? and why ?
