Observe the Stacked IPB located at the superior temporal section which also conjunction with crypt, stairstep lacunae and rarefaction of iris fibres at the lung reflex zone. The Stacked IPB indicate a family history of heart disease, respiratory and asthma problems ( father - heart attack, mother - asthma & diabetes)
