IPB Morphologies, Pupil Flattening & PPM - Lx - (whl)

Female, 48
Please identify the IPB morphologies attached on the frontal & ventral of pigmented retinal epithelium tissues. Observe the rusty orange/brown colour dots appeared on the surface of pupil or pupillary lumen ? What does it means to a practitioner ?

Please take note the marginal pupil flatness at the lateral temporal section of the pupil - 90'-115', local indentation of the collarette at 110', minor rays or radial furrows & crypt located pupillary zone and internal collarette border - 40', 180' & 230'  They all are significantly correlations with the Lateral Temporal Flatness, why ? (Suggest refer John Andrews's Embryology & Kreb's Cycle charts for reference).   Crypt  located at pupillary zone - 360'/0' enhance the meanings of all your findings on this iris, why ?
a) N sign IPB
b) & d) Rectangular shaped IPB
c) V shaped IPB
d) Persistence Pupillary Membrane or Conjunctival PPM sign !
e) Crypt located pupillary zone / internal collarette border - 360'/0' - A vital important multidimensional iris sign ! mainly leading to embryological & Kreb's Cycle evaluation !
f) This vital to identify the  Lateral Temporal Flatness, why ? The local indentation of the collarette at 110' & embryological signs at 40', 180' & 230', they are enhance and amplified the meanings of this pupil flatness. Could you please figure out their relationships ?
