a) Grey Pupillary Zone - Grey patches surrounded the inner pupillary zone indicate intestinal dybiosis and gastrointestinal disturbances.
b) Ventral Linear collarette at 165'~200' indicate strong dysglycemia tendency.
c) Melanin pigment located on the border of the collarette at 85' and embryological sign at 285' suggest relates to thyroid stress, possible hypothyroidism, psychosomatic problem in emotional expression and memory issue.
d) Embryological signs at 220'& 310' indicates duodenum disturbances and liver stress involvement.
