According to John Andrews, Koch's Sign is a floating margin from the border of the collarette across to the pupillary zone and IPB, it indicate a tendency family history of TB, miscarriage, Vitamin E deficiency, on the psycho-emotional indicating low self-esteem and fear of expression.
