In my opinion, the importance genetic criteria and structural signs to be considered as follow :
- Look for the indented collarette which penetrated by the genetic structural signs - closed /open lacunae, crypts and defect markings.
- The smallest the greater impact on the constitution.
- Defect markings and crypts located on the collarette and humoral zone are set priority to be examined.
- Look for Inside-Out : Pupil - IPB - Inner Pupillary Zone - Collarette - Ciliary - Limbus
- The axis in Iridology - Immune, Stress, Thyroid and Pancreatic Triad.
