1)Small size with deep uneven rounded shape of fibers structure considered as crypt or defect sign if the shape is smaller than the crypt in general.
2)Deep degnerative of closed lacuna.
3)Double crypts formation.
4)Hypertrophic collarette/Rophy and Raised:
- Tendency to general hyperactivity of the immune and nervous systems.
- Many autoimmune patients have these hypertrophic collarette.
