Stairstep Lacuna with Combination of Iris Signs


Lx-Iris

The Stairstep lacunae accompanied with multiple closed lacunae, small melanin pigment granulation and contraction furrows at  the renal pelvis reaction field - 165'~170' indicate greater tendencies to :
- Renal degeneration in the family history.
- Poor cellular respiration and increased oxidative stress.
- Kreb's Cycle dysfunction.
